Annotation: Theoretical issues of modern marketing are researched. The applied aspects of the use of information marketing in the activity of the enterprise are described for the purpose of its promotion. The peculiarities of the use of information marketing tools for attracting new consumers through the site are described. The tools of information marketing which will allow to receive additional profit from activity of the site are analyzed. The reasons why it is impossible to ignore modern marketing tools while promoting the company is described.

Annotation: The paper discusses the methods and criteria for the classification of countries. The essence and historical background of the modern structuring of the world is highlighted. The features and problems of modern structurization of mankind on the basis of various approaches of scientists are considered. The system of relations between developed countries and developing countries, including the influence of TNCs on the underdeveloped countries, is described. The place of Ukraine in the modern structurization of mankind has been determined.

Annotation: The concepts, possibilities and advantages of digital marketing were defined and the state and structure of the e-commerce market in Ukraine, current trends of digital marketing, existing and potential buyers were analyzed in the article. Also, effective ways of digital advertising in Ukraine were investigated and offered, prospects of their development were predicted.

Вивчені фактори зростання ефективності та обґрунтовано класифікацію ключових факторів, що формують вплив на господарську діяльність підприємств. Розглянуто основні показники, які забезпечують ефективність господарської діяльності, зроблено аналіз основних показників які характеризують ефективність господарської діяльності, які можуть оцінити прибутковість і визначити пріоритети розвитку.

Annotation: The article reviews features of the inheritance relations conflict regulation in Ukraine. The analysis that the diversity of legal systems creates prerequisites of conflicts in the area of hereditary relationships. The author has made a detailed analysis of causes giving rise to conflicts and has studied the aspects of legal regulation inheritance of the law in Ukraine. A particular focus in made on international legal regulation of kinds of rights and obligations of the decedent inheritance, including inheritance rights of intellectual property and corporate rights. Concluding the above mentioned the author gave propositions how to improve the legislation in the field of inheritance law.

Annotation: The article reveals the essence of the right to self-determination of nations in the context of international law. The concept of secession, classification of separation of political entities is considered. The article analyzes the provisions of the constitutions, which set the limits of the realization of this right. The arguments of the moral justification of Secession A. Buchanan are given.
