Annotation: (Українська) Стаття присвячена питанню правового регулювання поводження з радіоактивними відходами в Україні та в зарубіжних країнах. Розглянуто основні нормативно – правові акти стосовно обробки, зберігання. перевезення та захоронення радіоактивних відходів. Встановлено особливості правової регламентації поводження з радіоактивними відходами на міжнародному рівні та в аспекті нормотворчості окремих держав. Окреслено основні напрямки змін щодо правової регламентації поводження з радіоактивними відходами, спрямованої на забезпечення належного рівня захисту життя, здоров`я людини та довкілля від шкідливого впливу радіоактивних речовин.

Annotation: The article is a study of various aspects of theoretical and methodological foundations of sustainable enterprise development. It was found that the term "sustainable development" was first used at the 1992 UN Environment and Development Conference in Rio de Janeiro. It is observed that in most of the works there are differences in the interpretation of the term "Sustainable development". It has been found out that different authors offer their own options, trying to find the most capacious concept that would be practical to use. Sustainability has been found to be characterized by a complex set of interrelated factors. It is pointed out that many of the characteristics of sustainable development in their content are subjective judgments, which depend on the views of the individual, the nature of the problem being solved and the place (country) where the problem is solved. It is found that at the level of a manufacturing enterprise, the property of its stability is interpreted in various ways. But, as a rule, many experts associate firm sustainability directly with financial condition only. However, it is established that the notion of firm sustainability as a production system is justified by a more balanced, integrated approach that takes into account not only the financial but also other aspects of its socio-economic status, which change in the course of the long-term evolution of economic relations. The analysis of theoretical approaches to the assessment of the stability of the enterprise showed the feasibility of their classification in 7 groups. For each group, limitations were established, which consisted of management criteria (objective function), accounting deficiencies, and development prospects. It is established that the essence of the sustainability of the enterprise's activity lies in its ability to adapt to changes in external and internal economic conditions and to resist these changes in such a way that the stable and equilibrium dynamics of the functioning of the enterprise in accordance with its current and perspective goals and objectives set.

Annotation: (Українська) Статтю присвячено розгляду Стокгольмської конвенції про стійкі органічні забруднювачі. В статті проводиться аналіз основних зобов’язань за Стокгольмською конвенцією про стійкі органічні забруднювачі та запропоновано етапи запровадження вказаних положень в законодавство України.

Annotation: The article is devoted to characterization of the process of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the acquis communautairе of the European Union. The prerequisites and mandatory components of this process are identified, as well as the necessity to introduce changes to the legislation.

Annotation: The article considers the role of physical culture and sports in the life of modern society. The positive role of physical activity on the functional state of the human body is noted. Sport as the prevention of deviant behavior in modern society.

Annotation: (Українська) У статі досліджено вимоги антикорупційного законодавства стосовно осіб, які володіють особливим статусом - займають адміністративні посади у судах. Крім норм національного законодавства, автором проаналізовано міжнародні стандарти у цій царині.

Annotation: The paper is concerned with the study of problematic aspects of implementing EU countries’ legal norms on waste management in Ukrainian legislation. Certain ideas for optimizing the implementation of EU legal norms in Ukrainian legislative framework have been suggested in the conclusions of the paper.

Annotation: (Русский) Таможенная служба Российской Федерации, как часть экономической системы государства, наряду с выполнением традиционных функций государственного администрирования, активно выступает как социально-экономический институт, в котором таможенная услуга проявляется в виде особой формы экономической деятельности. Таможенные услуги относятся к важной сфере услуг, обслуживающих внешнеторговую деятельность участников ВЭД. Таможенные органы предоставляют услуги не только субъектам внешнеэкономической деятельности, но и государству, выполняя функцию по регулированию, а также возможности защиты экономики, здоровья населения и охраны окружающей среды. На рынке государственных услуг, таможенная служба практически остается монополистом. Эти факты обуславливают актуальность рассматриваемой темы статьи.

Annotation: (Українська) Проаналізовано поняття глобалізації з огляду на галузь чорної металургії. Визначено її вплив на дану галузь. Охарактеризовано такі поняття, як консолідація, інтеграція та диференціація. Виявлено умови, що забезпечують стійкість підприємства на міжнародному ринку.

Annotation: (Українська) Стаття розповідає про виникнення нового музичного мистецтва джазу. Його вплив на розвиток музики того часу та сучасної музики, розкриває специфіку джазової музики.

Annotation: In this paper, developed guidelines for the use of modern methods and means of authentication to modern international standards with detailed testing of the main stages of authentication, testing technology proposed in the standards Kerberos, SSL. The proposed approaches can be used in the development, implementation and operation of a comprehensive system of information security in enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership. Possible directions of development of this work are associated with the implementation of research on improving methods and means of authentication in General, in particular on the use of cryptographic mechanisms.
