Annotation: The assessment of the value of the enterprise is carried out at all stages of development, it is not necessary, if the company is not going to sell, or if it does not plan to receive investment. But for a full analysis, it is desirable to count. The valuation of the enterprise is often confused or mixed with the analysis of the financial and economic activity of the enterprise, using a different study of the change in the coefficients based on the balance sheet. If you give a concise definition of the assessment of the enterprise, then this will be the answer to the question "How much does an enterprise cost?" In this paper, we will analyze in detail the goals and reasons for evaluating the value of the enterprise and why it is needed, we will consider the methods of evaluation, and we will justify which method is better for the investigated enterprise and why. Also, the main issue is to identify the key factors of creation, increase, destruction of the enterprise value, as well as the definition of measures to increase the cost of the enterprise.

Annotation: The article discusses issues of partnership between Ukraine and the European Union in the framework of promoting financial support and enhancing the country's energy security, promoting economic and social development, how sectoral reforms are carried out, how society’s attention is drawn to environmental protection, and what incentives contribute to intercultural dialogue. The analysis of the problem is carried out, namely: whether Ukraine, at this stage of its development, ensures the adoption of basic laws, as well as regulatory and legal acts of secondary legislation aimed at implementing the norms of European law into the Ukrainian legal system in the field of the fuel and energy complex.

Annotation: (Русский) Миопия – это одно из наиболее распространенных офтальмологических заболеваний среди людей молодого возраста. Выявлено, что у студентов наиболее часто встречается близорукость (миопия) легкой степени тяжести. Отмечено, что все студенты с близорукостью активно используют различные электронные гаджеты в среднем до 7 часов в день.

Annotation: (Українська) Зміни в суспільних відносинах, що відбулися в XXI ст., спричинили значну трансформацію законодавства в галузі прав людини та появу правових норм, що регулюють принципово нові аспекти життєдіяльності особи. Вчені-юристи все частіше розмірковують над тим, чи можна визнати ці новели за четверте покоління прав людини. Водночас права, що становлять зміст так званого четвертого покоління, залишаються предметом палких дискусій як серед науковців, так і серед законодавців через їхню неоднозначну оцінку з точки зору моралі. Актуальність обраної теми зумовлена також великою кількістю змін у сучасному законодавстві, що закріплюють та регулюють нові права та свободи індивіда, а також необхідністю їхньої оцінки як із правової, так і з моральної точки зору. Зараз перед людиною постало багато можливостей, яких до цього часу не існувало, зокрема, клонування людини, трансплантація органів, використання «віртуальної реальності», штучне запліднення, зміна статі, «генна інженерія». Право як система правових норм повинне давати адекватну відповідь на ці зміни у вигляді відповідного нормативного регулювання. Внаслідок всіх цих можливостей у людини виникають нові права, яких до цього часу не існувало. Такі права називають «четвертим поколінням» прав людини. Щодо деяких вищезазначених прав належне правове регулювання ще недостаньо розроблене, також в Україні не проводилося ґрунтовних наукових досліджень щодо «четвертого покоління» прав людини, тому їх дослідження є актуальним та своєчасним.

Annotation: On this day Japan is one of the most developed countries in the world. Transforming the difficult path of internal reformation and passing through the radical change of governance institutions, this country has now become a symbol of progress in many areas, ranging from leading technologies and economic power, to the construction of a real democratic society that simultaneously makes Japanese megalopolises the safest in the world. Appropriate changes including local self-government. The article is devoted to the analysis of municipal legislation and the organization of local self-government in Japan. One of the main tasks is to learn the basics of power distribution, functions and powers at local level in order to better understanding the Japanese model of governance, to find out its positive aspects and peculiarities, as well as to seize the experience of the country in building a more effective system of local self-government in Ukraine. The analysis of the legal acts of Japan that govern the above question provides comprehensive answers to questions about the formation, organization and functioning of the local authorities system, the organization of the system of checks and balances at the given level and their legislative consolidation. In addition, the article gives an assessment of the degree of centralization of power and the peculiarities of the delegation of powers and functions from central bodies of executive power and local government to local self-government, and the level of autonomy of these bodies in solving local issues. There is analysis of the work of scientists who were involved in the study of the specifics of the system and the principles of the organization of local government bodies of foreign countries, in particular the local self-government bodies of Japan, and their development and proposals for making certain improvements to the legislation of Ukraine in order to improve the work of these bodies was carried out.
