Annotation: The article analyzes the concept of "waste" in accordance with the current legislation, and also draws attention to the conflict of norms in different regulatory acts which accommodate this concept. The author examines the methodology of safe waste management and explores the possibilities of reducing and preventing waste generation in comparison with the experience of the European Union. In addition, the author highlights the legal problems of Ukraine in waste management, points out that the environmental legislation of Ukraine is still developing, but at the same time, offers its own ways of solving the problems outlined.

Annotation: The topical issue of enterprise strategy formulation is built up in the article. It was established, that strategic management is the process of adopting and implementing strategic decisions based on the comparison of the enterprise's own resource potential with opportunities and threats to the external business environment. There is presented the mechanism of strategic management of enterprise resources, as stages of the process of the enterprise development strategy forming. It was noted, that the final moment of strategy selection is evaluation and control of implementation, as well as evaluation of alternative options for concentration on the correct strategy.

Annotation: This article discusses the use of machine learning methods for classifying texts by the author's gender in the example of short stories written in Russian. The algorithm and process of data preparation were demonstrated, training and testing of the Bayesian classifier were performed to distinguish the gender of the author of the text. The results of determining the gender of the authors are presented and conclusions are drawn about the advantages and disadvantages of the presented approach.

Annotation: (Українська) В статті досліджено питання функціонування конституційної скарги в Україні. Проведено порівняльний аналіз української моделі конституційної скарги з конституційною скаргою ФРН. Проаналізовано ключові елементи конституційної скарги України та Німеччини, їх відмінності та особливості. Досліджено явище конституційної скарги як правового механізму гарантування та захисту прав людини. Виявлено недоліки та потреби у вдосконаленні чинного законодавства у сфері конституційної юстиції з врахуванням актуальних державотворчих явищ.
