Annotation: The article is devoted to the evaluation of the effectiveness of corporate media, which is an important element of the organization of corporate publications. It helps to manage the development of corporate media, provides an opportunity to timely adjust, make changes in its work. According to corporate media researchers, the most suitable for measuring the effectiveness of the impact of in-house publications are sociological methods, including questionnaires, focus group interviews, etc. The method of rapid assessment of the effectiveness of the use of the media potential of the corporate publication allows you to save time, money for research, and to assess the strength of their own specialists from the company's staff.

Annotation: (Українська) Проведено аналіз сучасних розробок щодо інтелектуальних методів управління роботизованими системами та сформульовано підходи до побудови таких систем управління, інваріантних по відношенню до специфіки функціонування, що враховують неповноту вхідної інформації та різні види невизначеності. Для досягнення поставленої мети вирішено ряд завдань: проведено аналіз архітектур інтелектуальних систем управління робототехнічними системами; розроблено узагальнений алгоритм ситуаційної ідентифікації робототехнічної системи; розроблено інтелектуальну систему управління роботизованою платформою для потреб виробництва.

Annotation: (Русский) В условиях увеличения объемов фейковой информации и усиления манипулятивных практик в СМИ идеология фактчекинга должна распространяться не только на фактологический контент, но и на контент, представляющий суждения о действительности. В статье обосновывается правомерность рассмотрения логического анализа как технологии фактчекинга, обеспечивающей соблюдение обязательных критериев качества журналистской деятельности: достоверности фактов и истинности суждений. Предлагается методика «тестирования» оперативного интертекста на соответствие реальной картине мира; а также описываются несколько кейсов, которые могут быть использованы на занятиях со студентами. Методику рекомендуется осваивать в рамках дисциплин, посвященных сбору, проверке и обработке журналистской информации. Емкость необходимых теоретических знаний позволяют вводить ее в учебный процесс даже в случае отсутствия в плане подготовки журналистов дисциплин по логике. Освоение студентами предложенной методики и ее практическое применение в процессе подготовки журналистских текстов можно рассматривать как инструмент развития логической культуры.

Annotation: (Українська) Стаття присвячена дослідженню правової природи доступності правосуддя, як стандарту відправлення судочинства. Наведено доктринальні підходи до розуміння окресленого поняття та його елементів. За результатами дослідження узагальнено й проведено ґрунтовний аналіз нормативно-правової регламентації доступності правосуддя на міжнародному рівні, а також здійснено порівняння із імплементацією положень щодо доступності правосуддя на національному рівні.

Annotation: The question of finding new forms of business organization and attracting investment is urgent for both existing and new businesses. Recently, a form of integration of business structures, such as franchising, has become increasingly popular in Ukraine, which, despite its widespread use in the world, remains a relatively new phenomenon for the domestic economy. The current state of the economy of Ukraine requires solving a number of problems that reduce the economic efficiency of entrepreneurship. Namely: the need to expand the market for the sale of products produced by one firm in a wide, often regional market; the need to involve professionals in the dealer network of large firms; complexity of interaction of small and big business enterprises; reducing the efficiency and shortening the life of small businesses. One of the mechanisms to overcome these problems is franchising, which combines the benefits of small and large businesses. This determines the relevance of the main aspects of the process of implementation and practice of franchising, studying its specific features, as well as the risks associated with its application, and the prospects for the development of this form of business in Ukraine. The work modeled the profitability of the franchise in the field of services and substantiated the feasibility of acquiring this form of business for their own profit.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the basics of the organization and methods of auditing non-cash assets of the entity. The sequence of auditing cash on bank accounts is considered. The main tasks of non-cash audit are defined. The main documents of the initial stage of the audit of non-cash funds are shown: plan and program. The test of cash control on the company's account in the bank is presented.
