Анотація: (English) The article discusses the design of microgrids that use renewable energy sources and energy storage systems as a controlled local power system that operates in both grid-connected and island mode. The goal is to present an integrated approach that combines the choice of architectural design (AC/DC/hybrid), the selection of distributed energy resources (DER) and energy storage systems (ESS), and management requirements (power quality control, energy management system) within the framework of the IEEE 1547 and 2030 standards. Key methods for modeling and optimization, such as multicriteria and stochastic optimization, are described, as well as the main challenges to implementation, such as variability in generation, cyber resilience, and costs. Examples of successful projects demonstrate improvements in reliability, flexibility, and economic efficiency for local power systems.

Анотація: (English) The article discusses the theoretical foundations of multi-user architecture and its practical implementation, using the DraftKings platform as an example. It analyzes three basic tenant isolation models and key patterns for organizing data storage in multi-user systems. It pays special attention to the problem of traffic isolation and financial transactions in conditions of high workload and regulatory restrictions. The article shows how the DraftKings architecture combines scalability, resilience, and compliance through the use of microservice approach, AWS infrastructure, proprietary testing, and risk management solutions. It highlights organizational and technical measures to reduce financial, regulatory, and reputational risks. Promising directions for the development of multi-user architectures are also noted.

Анотація: (English) The article discusses environmental sustainability at the well testing stage, which is considered one of the most sensitive processes in the oil and gas industry. Based on an analysis of international standards, guidelines, and industry data, sources and types of impacts are summarized, including flaring and venting, water discharge, chemicals, and waste/spills. Practices for reducing these impacts are evaluated. It is shown that maximum effect can be achieved by combining in-line testing with multiphase flow meters, trapping and compression, integration into existing systems, product reinjection, and zero discharge of water. Highly efficient flare systems are also important, as well as transitioning to methane measurement and reporting (MRV) programs. Limitations are noted, and directions for future development are proposed.

Анотація: (English) The article discusses the analysis of stress management techniques and prevention of professional burnout among chefs. It explores the psychological and physiological aspects of working in a kitchen, as well as the concept, stages, and symptoms of professional burnout. Additionally, it examines various methods and techniques for reducing stress levels. Special attention is given to practical recommendations for preventing burnout, such as organizational measures, self-regulation techniques, physical activity, group support, and the use of digital tools. The article emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach to stress management in order to maintain mental and emotional well-being, increase productivity, and enhance job satisfaction among employees. Future research directions include the development of innovative methods for preventing burnout, integrating digital technologies, and adapting international best practices to local contexts.

Анотація: (English) The article discusses the theoretical foundations of digital business transformation and the role of corporate IT solutions in improving management efficiency. Based on an analysis of international research, key categories of corporate solutions have been identified: ERP, CRM, BI, RPA, and ECM. These solutions have a significant impact on strategic, tactical, and operational management. Factors ensuring the success of their implementation are also discussed. Statistical data on the scale of investments in digital transformation and trends in the transition to cloud models are presented, as well as the proliferation of analytical tools. Special attention is paid to criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate IT solutions, such as ROI, cost reduction, and productivity growth. The main risks and barriers to digitalization, including financial, organizational, personnel, and cyber threats, have been identified. The article also outlines the prospects for the development of digital business transformation in the future.

Анотація: (English) Key feature prioritization methods (ICE, RICE, WSJF, MoSCoW) are analyzed in the context of startups. Based on a practical case study, it is demonstrated how the choice of a framework influences product strategy. A significant discrepancy is identified between theoretical models and the actual implementation order, which is driven by business needs. It is substantiated that frameworks serve as decision-support tools, and their selection should align with the company's stage of development.

Анотація: Наявність тривимірної гідравлічної пам’яті форми в емульсії, отриманій за винайденим автором комплексним методом та на створеному ним для цього багатофункціональному апараті, є важливою умовою досягнення ідеального кінцевого результату. Випробування технології та апарата проводилися на емульсії типу «вода в мастилі», де як мастило використовувалося дизельне паливо № 2, а як вода — звичайна питна вода з концентрацією солей жорсткості в межах 200 міліграмів на літр. Під час формування випробувального стенда враховували новітні тенденції використання емульсій як палива — як у сучасних дизельних двигунах, так і в дизель-генераторах, індустріальних бойлерах та турбінах. Для дизельних двигунів і бойлерів найскладнішим у процесі впорскування та згоряння палива є розділення його потоку перед насосом високого тиску: більша частина спрямовується безпосередньо в насос (нині тиск сягає 2000 бар і більше), після чого впорскується в камеру згоряння бойлера або в циліндри двигуна, а менша частина повертається до паливного бака. У разі використання однокомпонентного дизельного палива цей принцип не спричиняє жодних проблем. Однак при застосуванні емульсій такий метод подачі палива призводить до порушення їхньої стійкості, а також до втрати однорідності та рівномірності розподілу за об’ємом води й мастила (дизельного палива). Метод приготування емульсії з формуванням мікрокапсул дав змогу отримати повну вторинну емульсію за мінімальних витрат часу (менше ніж за секунду). Пристрій для виробництва емульсій різних типів має виключно просту й компактну циліндричну конструкцію без рухомих частин — так званий статичний міксер, у якому процес утворення емульсії триває не довше, ніж частка секунди.

Анотація: Стаття присвячена темі плинності кадрів у великих компаніях. Розглянуто, як звільнення впливають не лише на фінанси, а й на атмосферу в колективі, довіру між людьми та здатність організації розвиватися. Показано, що утримати працівників можна лише тоді, коли поєднуються чесна оплата, можливості зростання, підтримка керівників, здоровий клімат у команді та баланс між роботою й особистим життям.

Анотація: . У статті розглянуто роль HR-аналітики в управлінні персоналом логістичних компаній як однієї з найбільш динамічних і водночас залежних від людського фактора галузей. Висока плинність кадрів, сезонні коливання навантаження, поєднання фізичної та інтелектуальної праці створюють складний контекст, у якому традиційні методи управління вже не працюють. Автор акцентує на тому, що HR-аналітика не обмежується підрахунком співробітників чи базовими звітами. Йдеться про комплексний інструмент, який дозволяє розкривати приховані закономірності: від причин звільнень і проблем адаптації новачків до впливу графіків на продуктивність і безпеку. У тексті послідовно аналізуються теоретичні основи HR-аналітики, її рівні (описова, діагностична, прогнозна та прескриптивна), а також практичне значення для логістики. Окрему увагу приділено ключовим метрикам: плинності кадрів, вартості найму, часу закриття вакансій, рівню залученості, продуктивності, витратам на навчання та дисциплінарним показникам. Пояснюється, що цінність полягає не у самих цифрах, а в їхньому комплексному прочитанні. Важливою складовою дослідження стали дашборди як сучасний інструмент візуалізації даних. Вони описані не як «мода», а як практична необхідність, що забезпечує керівників оперативною інформацією та допомагає уникати запізнілих рішень. Автор наголошує на відмінностях у використанні дашбордів топ-менеджментом і керівниками середньої ланки, показуючи їхню роль як універсальної «мови» для різних рівнів управління. Особливий акцент зроблено на інтерпретації даних. Пояснюється, що механічне трактування показників веде до помилкових висновків, тоді як уважне співставлення різних метрик дозволяє бачити справжні причини проблем. Це підтверджено конкретними кейсами: зменшення плинності завдяки наставництву, зниження витрат на ремонт автопарку через перегляд графіків водіїв, оптимізація розподілу новачків між змінами, скорочення кількості травм завдяки новим правилам організації змін. У висновках підкреслено, що HR-аналітика у логістиці - це не допоміжний інструмент відділу кадрів, а стратегічний ресурс, який безпосередньо впливає на безперервність постачання та конкурентоспроможність компанії. Вона дозволяє не лише фіксувати проблеми, а й прогнозувати їх, поєднуючи цифри з людським виміром роботи. Перспективи розвитку пов’язані з інтеграцією HR-аналітики у загальну бізнес-аналітику, що робить управління персоналом частиною стратегічних рішень.

Анотація: (English) The transformation of market conditions and the increasing complexity of buyer behavior necessitate a radical revision of established practices for managing sales teams. The mere sequential application of KPI systems, schemes of monetary and non-monetary incentives, or training programs can no longer ensure the required level of performance. This study aims to propose and substantiate an integrated model for managing sales representatives that combines the principal management functions—diagnostics, motivation, and development—into a closed, adaptive cycle. The methodological basis of the work is a systematic analysis of scientific publications over recent years in the fields of sales management, organizational psychology, and instructional design, supplemented by statistical data. As a result, the author’s Triad of Synergistic Management is proposed, namely a closed system in which the results of in-depth individual diagnostics of a sales representative (based on CRM analytics and competency assessments) serve as the basis for the operational adjustment of personal KPIs, the selection of optimal motivational instruments, and the assignment of targeted training interventions. The implementation of the proposed model can raise the average level of task fulfillment and increase sales velocity (Sales Velocity) compared with the traditional, fragmented approach. Based on the obtained data, it is concluded that the evolution of sales management should be directed toward a shift from static, disparate functions to dynamic, personalized, analytics-based systems capable of ensuring the continuous development and maximum effectiveness of sales teams. The materials presented in this article will be of interest to commercial directors, heads of sales departments, HR specialists, and other researchers engaged in improving the effectiveness of sales processes.
