Annotation: The study is aimed at establishing an architectural and methodological foundation for a unified global platform based on artificial intelligence technologies, intended to automate compliance in the international transportation of animals. The relevance is determined by a systemic mismatch between the rapid scaling of the Pet Travel market (expected volume — $5.3 billion by 2034) and the inertia of the regulatory infrastructure, which relies on fragmented national prescriptions and heterogeneous control procedures. The objective is to transition from the dominant document-centric paradigm to a data-centric ecosystem in which regulatory requirements and logistical events are represented as formalized entities and relationships governed by knowledge graphs and large language models (LLM). The methodological framework is constructed as a hybrid: a system analysis of regulatory requirements of more than 60 states was conducted, econometric modeling tools were applied to identify factors affecting the probability of refusal of transport, and a synthesis of practice-oriented cases reflecting real scenarios of veterinary and transport support was performed. The results obtained show that the implementation of semantic algorithms for data verification and reconciliation increases the completeness and consistency of compliance checks, which makes it possible to reduce the share of transport refusals by 40–50% and simultaneously decrease biosecurity risks through the early detection of regulatory inconsistencies and potentially dangerous deviations in the chain of supporting information. The presented conclusions are relevant for the design and implementation of LegalTech solutions, the activities of veterinary services and logistics operators, as well as for the professional community associated with ensuring animal protection.

Annotation: In the context of the global increase in diabetes mellitus, which by 2024 has affected 589 million people, ensuring the safety of aesthetic procedures becomes a priority task in podology and dermatology. The present study is devoted to the substantiation of standards for safe manicure in patients with endocrinological disorders who have a high risk of injury due to diabetic neuropathy and angiopathy. The aim of the work is a comparative analysis of the effectiveness and safety of dry and wet hardware technologies for nail plate treatment. The research methodology is based on a systematic literature review, analysis of ADA and IWGDF clinical guidelines, as well as a retrospective case study of the author’s practice. The results demonstrate that the use of wet spray technologies makes it possible to maintain the temperature in the treatment area below the protein coagulation threshold (<40°C) and reduces the concentration of respirable bioaerosol by 90%, which is critically important for the prevention of infectious complications. In conclusion, it is stated that there is a need to introduce hydro-burring as the most appropriate option for diabetic patients, excluding aggressive cuticle removal. The information contained in this article will be of interest to practicing podologists, nail service specialists, dermatologists, and endocrinologists seeking to improve patients’ quality of life.

Annotation: In today's energy system, where renewable energy is actively developing, Energy Storage Systems (ESS) are becoming particularly important. A promising direction for ensuring the reliable and uninterrupted operation of energy systems in the United States (US) is modern approaches to the integration of solar energy generation systems (PV generation) and pumped storage power plants. The study analyzed the technical characteristics of a strategic integration model, its advantages, and potential limitations using the example of Southern Nevada. The article presents key concepts of the economic rationale for integrating PV generation and pumped storage power plants for US energy security. It is argued that the combination of pumped storage and PV generation can effectively smooth out fluctuations in renewable energy generation and cover peak loads, increasing the flexibility and resilience of the power system.

Annotation: Information systems play a key role in modern business, providing process automation, data collection and analysis, and management decision-making. The integration of information systems in woodworking enterprises will help optimize production processes, speed up decision-making, and increase business efficiency. Integration with machine tools has made it possible to monitor machine performance and, based on this data, build a new type of incentive model with fair and balanced pay rates and significantly increase machine productivity by eliminating downtime. Thus, monitoring machine productivity plays a key role in the digital transformation of production, ensuring effective management of production processes. Therefore, the application of the recommended integration methods can significantly improve the industry's performance. Analysis of the topic shows the demand and relevance of this research, and a review of the literature indicates the need to develop new integration methods to optimize the work of woodworking enterprises. The purpose of this work is to study existing information systems and the role of DIY CNC woodworking enterprises and to further develop and analyze methods for integrating these information systems to optimize business processes at woodworking enterprises. This will significantly increase efficiency and productivity.

Annotation: This article reviews various hardware methods used to treat cellulite, improve skin tone and model body contours. The main goal of the work was to show how these approaches differ from each other and what clinical results can be expected when using them, based on the analysis of already published studies. Standard scientific approaches were used in the work - analysis and generalization of data, comparison of results and systematization of information from various sources. The results obtained indicate that hardware methods for correcting cellulite differ significantly both in terms of mechanisms of action and in the severity and duration of the effect. Radiofrequency therapy mainly affects the dermis, promoting collagen remodeling and increasing skin elasticity, but its ability to eliminate cellulite depressions is usually limited. Extracorporeal shock wave therapy demonstrates a noticeable reduction in the severity of cellulite, which is associated with improved microcirculation and activation of regenerative processes in tissues, although the optimal regimens for its use remain the subject of further research. Mechanical vacuum-assisted therapy provides rapid visual improvement by reducing swelling and congestion, but this effect is usually temporary and requires regular repetition of procedures. Laser techniques, in turn, have proven to be a heterogeneous group: low-intensity laser therapy gives conflicting results, while laser-assisted subcision demonstrates a more stable improvement in skin structure and a reduction in cellulite, especially in the thighs and buttocks. Vibration exercises mainly affect muscle activity and body composition, so it is advisable to consider them as an auxiliary element in complex programs, and not as an independent method of cellulite correction. Subcision, although it is the most invasive approach, shows the most pronounced effect in cases of deep cellulite indentations, since it directly eliminates the mechanical factors of their formation. The practical significance of the analysis is that it allows a more reasoned approach to the choice of hardware techniques, adapting the treatment tactics to the type of cellulite, skin condition and expected clinical result, which is key for individualized correction.

Annotation: The article addresses the challenge of automating architectural quality control in microservice systems designed using Domain-Driven Design methodology. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of deterministic methods and probabilistic methods was conducted. Using a simulated e-commerce system with a controlled set of defects, a quantitative assessment of Precision and Recall metrics was performed for both approaches. The experiment confirmed that deterministic methods ensure absolute precision in detecting structural boundary violations but exhibit "semantic blindness" regarding complex DDD patterns. Conversely, probabilistic methods demonstrated high effectiveness in identifying semantic defects, such as anemic domain models and context leakage, with an acceptable level of false positives. Based on the results, the necessity of implementing a hybrid verification strategy is substantiated, where static analysis acts as a rigid gatekeeper in CI/CD pipelines, while AI tools serve as an intelligent architect's assistant.

Annotation: The relevance of the study is determined by the need to preserve Ukrainian cultural identity within the urban space, where floristics is viewed as a means of representing national symbols and cultural codes in the city’s visual environment. The purpose of the article is to define the theoretical foundations and practical possibilities of using floristics as a tool for expressing Ukrainian identity and integrating it into contemporary urban design concepts. The methodology is based on systemic, cultural, and semiotic approaches employing methods of analysis, synthesis, and case analysis of urban practices. The results demonstrated that floristics performs aesthetic, semiotic, sociocultural, ecological, and communicative functions, shaping a recognizable Ukrainian cultural landscape. The conclusions confirm that floristics can harmonize natural and social environments while strengthening cultural identity.
