Annotation: The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of hybrid development strategies of enterprises in the digital economy. The necessity of integrating traditional competitive strategies with digital business models, platform solutions, and data analytics tools is substantiated. The economic essence of the concept of a “hybrid enterprise development strategy” is clarified as an integrated system of strategic decisions that ensures the synergy of classical strategic management approaches and digital value creation mechanisms. A classification of hybrid strategies is proposed according to the vectors of digital transformation, including digital differentiation strategy, platform-product strategy, data-driven strategy, ecosystem strategy, and innovation-adaptive strategy. An integrated strategic management model considering the level of digital maturity of an enterprise and a system of performance indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of hybrid strategy implementation are developed. It is proved that the implementation of hybrid strategies enhances competitiveness, adaptability, and innovativeness of enterprises in a turbulent digital environment.

Annotation: The article discusses the theoretical foundations of digital business transformation and the role of corporate IT solutions in improving management efficiency. Based on an analysis of international research, key categories of corporate solutions have been identified: ERP, CRM, BI, RPA, and ECM. These solutions have a significant impact on strategic, tactical, and operational management. Factors ensuring the success of their implementation are also discussed. Statistical data on the scale of investments in digital transformation and trends in the transition to cloud models are presented, as well as the proliferation of analytical tools. Special attention is paid to criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate IT solutions, such as ROI, cost reduction, and productivity growth. The main risks and barriers to digitalization, including financial, organizational, personnel, and cyber threats, have been identified. The article also outlines the prospects for the development of digital business transformation in the future.

Annotation: Amid accelerating global digitalization of business processes, the integration of ERP systems into supply chain management has become a key factor in determining the competitiveness of modern enterprises. The aim of this article is to provide a multifaceted analysis of the transformational impact of enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms on logistics operations, with a focus on identifying and describing mechanisms that enhance the efficiency of material flows. Ongoing academic debates reveal significant contradictions regarding the optimal level of ERP system customization, the role of the human factor in implementation, and the potential for integration with Industry 4.0 technologies. Based on a structured review of relevant publications, it is observed that the comprehensive integration of ERP platforms into supply chain architecture leads not only to quantitative improvements in operational performance—such as inventory reduction and enhanced forecasting accuracy—but also to a qualitative transformation of managerial paradigms. In this context, the author outlines a perspective on the development of workforce competencies within the digital ecosystem. The content presented in this article is valuable for logistics managers, system integrators, and the academic community engaged in research on the digital transformation of business processes.
