Annotation: The article is devoted to the phenomenon of intercultural communication. The article provides us with a convenient opportunity to compare the concepts of communication and communication, taking into account their excellent parameters, which were found with the help of two approaches (identification and separation). Annotation: At the current stage of Ukraine's development, coffee market is one of the fastest growing markets in the food industry. That is why the article deals with coffee as a product of consumption, the state of the modern coffee market and the distribution of coffee beans in the world. The main types of coffee are presented, their characteristics and main differences. The problems of falsification of coffee are considered both global and local for the Ukrainian market. Detailed analysis of the most important varieties, Arabica and Robusta, found out which variety is considered to be more qualitative and different from the others. The article considers the regions of cultivation of coffee beans and highlights the largest producers. Studying the coffee market of Ukraine revealed the spread of the problem of falsification of the product, which reaches the consumer and the causes of its occurrence. Investigating the appearance and spread of falsification on the market, there were identified causes of incompleteness of the legislation of the country, the inefficiency of the quality control bodies, or their absence, lack of knowledge of the consumer and his solvency. The article presents the main types of coffee falsification and their characteristics. In order to prevent the use of a fake, the methods of detecting a fake product and ways of preventing a buyer from buying a falsified product are described. According to the volume of the studied material and after the analysis of the Ukrainian coffee market, measures to prevent and combat counterfeiting have been developed and proposed.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the expediency of interaction between the National Police and the National Guard of Ukraine in the field of public order and security. The scientific opinion on the definition of the notions of "public order" and "public safety" and their correlation is researched. The authors raised the issue of fighting offenses as the main function of the bodies of the National Police and the National Guard of Ukraine. The article analyzes the practice of applying the regulatory framework on cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs in ensuring public order during mass events.

Annotation: In this article, the concept of a criminal subculture is considered. The role and place of this influence on social life and the system of human values are determined. Also, separate issues of such a subculture are examined, the essence of the criminal subculture and the main sources of distribution are determined. Problems of negative influence on society in the modern period are violated. Examples of life spheres where criminal subculture penetrates. Separately, the asocial influence of the jargon language (argos) on various spheres of public life is considered. An existing list of factors that shape the attractiveness of such a subculture for individual masses of the population. Listed a list of defects in the sense of justice of citizens who fall under the negative influence of "criminal culture".

Annotation: The main legal issues were considered by authors of this article. The problems associated with the living donation have a negative impact on a practical transplantology development in Ukraine. The majority of transplanted anatomical organs are organs of donors that died from brain death. The country's legislation establishes whether the consent of the deceased recipient is necessary. Cases of living donation are extremely rare despite all the technological and scientific advances. This is mainly due to the legal restrictions. Very often a person consents to become a donor and he meets all medical criteria, but he does not fit the criteria of the legislation. The authors showed that the issue of defining the legal status of anatomical materials of a person and the problem of limiting scope of persons who may be a potential donor were inextricably linked. The authors reviewed the legislation of European and Asian countries, reflecting contemporary public needs, as well as Ukrainian realities that minimized possibility of transplanting homografts from living donors. In 2008, more than 135 countries, including Ukraine, adopted the Istanbul Declaration, which established a barrier to commercial transplantation. However, many countries maintain other positions. For example, China, Brazil, India, Pakistan government legitimizes organ sales wholly or partly in order to address the issues of providing patients with human organs. The authors described in detail the proposed methods of resolving certain problems, by amending domestic legislation, and the positive aspects of such innovations. The reasonability of changing the legal regime of anatomical human materials is argued from the historical and scientific points of view.
