Annotation: (Українська) Згорткові нейронні мережі (CNN) виявилися дуже ефективними в задачі класифікації зображень та являються перспективними для класифікації аудіо. Були розглянуті різні архітектури CNN, щоб класифікувати аудіоподії з набору даних UrbanSound8K [5], який має 8732 аудіофайлів розмічених на 10 класів. Розглянуто такі популярні CNN мережі, як AlexNet [1], VGG [2], ResNet [3] і DenseNet [4]. Було досліджено, що моделі CNN, що використовуються в класифікації зображень, добре відповідають завданням класифікації звуку.

Annotation: The article reveals the objective requirements of globalization processes that constantly push Arab absolute monarchies towards constitutional transformation into monarchies. The severity of such processes causes destabilization not only in the Gulf region, but throughout the world. The need to prevent possible unwanted incidents and conflicts determines the relevance of the research problem. Illuminated relevance is important not only for legal science, but also for foreign policy activities of different countries, including Ukraine, in the Muslim world.

Annotation: In the article, on the basis of analysis of scientific views, international standards and national requirements, the urgent issues of the regulation of ethical behavior of prosecutors' staff were researched. In this case, the author pays special attention to the state of observance by the employees of the prosecutor's office of these requirements and the cases of their violation. Based on this, it is concluded that in addition to following the moral norms laid down in the law, the prosecutor's office must have his own, quite significant moral potential that would allow him not to violate these norms.

The main requirements concerning data processing and sanction for non-compliance were researched. The cases of the requirement`s violation of the Regulation and prosecution were analyzed.
