Annotation: (Українська) У статті проведено аналітичне дослідження впливу фотополімеризаційних ініціаторів Camphorquinone (CQ), Trimethylbenzoyl diphenylphosphine oxide (TPO) та Ethyl trimethylbenzoyl phenylphosphinate (TPO-L) на алергенність гель-покриттів. Використовуючи дані сучасних публікацій та регуляторних оглядів, проаналізовано взаємозв’язок між хімічною структурою ініціатора, ступенем полімеризації та утворенням залишкових мономерів і побічних фотопродуктів, здатних стимулювати контактну сенсибілізацію шкіри. Показано, що CQ характеризується найкращим поєднанням ефективності полімеризації та помірного сенсибілізуючого потенціалу, тоді як TPO демонструє підвищену алергенність, пов’язану із структурними особливостями фосфіноксидної групи та високою реактивністю радикалів. TPO-L виступає як проміжна альтернатива з потенційно нижчим ризиком сенсибілізації, проте потребує додаткових клінічних досліджень для повної оцінки безпечності. Визначено, що контрольовані параметри полімеризації, включно з інтенсивністю та спектром опромінення, тривалістю експозиції та товщиною шару, критично впливають на рівень залишкових мономерів і, як наслідок, на алергенний потенціал готового покриття. Розглянуто практичні аспекти застосування цих ініціаторів у професійних та домашніх гель-системах, підкреслено роль комбінованих систем ініціаторів у зниженні ризику сенсибілізації. Результати дослідження мають важливе значення для створення безпечних матеріалів нового покоління, орієнтованих на мінімізацію контактних алергічних реакцій у майстрів і користувачів.

Annotation: Training police officers to respond to radiation, chemical, and biological emergencies is one of the key aspects of ensuring the security of the state and its citizens. This article analyzes the challenges associated with such threats and educational and methodological approaches to training law enforcement officers. Regulatory documents and training programs, including international initiatives, are considered. The main focus is on the practical aspects of training: mastering individual protective equipment, working with specialized devices for detecting hazardous substances, algorithms for action in contaminated areas, and decontamination procedures. Issues of tactical medicine and safety in combat conditions are also highlighted. The importance of interagency cooperation and international training projects is emphasized. The conclusions justify the need for continuous updating of training courses in line with current challenges and international standards.

Annotation: The article examines the key challenges and opportunities for Ukrainian companies entering international markets in the context of post-war reconstruction. Strategic factors of business competitiveness are identified: institutional support, innovation, access to international financing, and the development of the 'Made in Ukraine' brand. The problems of restoring logistics, attracting investments, and overcoming global competition are highlighted. Directions for Ukraine’s integration into the global economy through export-oriented models, international clusters, and digital trade platforms are substantiated.

Annotation: The article examines the role of blockchain technology in transforming financial transactions and the e-commerce sector. It considers theoretical foundations, consensus algorithms, as well as international and Ukrainian case studies. Key blockchain platforms (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Hyperledger) are analyzed and compared with traditional payment systems (Visa, Mastercard). International use cases (Amazon, IBM Food Trust, Walmart–Hyperledger) and Ukrainian examples (Prozorro, Diia City, e-hryvnia) are presented. Particular attention is paid to scalability issues, environmental challenges, cyber risks, and regulatory barriers. Practical recommendations for blockchain implementation in the Ukrainian financial and trade sectors are provided.

Annotation: This report proposes a classification scheme of basic boxing techniques (stance, movement, attack, defense, and counterattack) with specific reference to the adaptation of these techniques for highly skilled boxers. Classifications of fighting techniques that existed and the characteristics of technical and tactical training of athletes at all skill levels are examined. It is shown that the technique is key to the successes of a boxer as a fighter: as with both strikes and defenses the ability to put off a punch is heavily conditioned by the mastery of the movement and accuracy of technique. A review of scientific and methodological literature, an exploration of the skills of well-regarded coaches were part of the research methodology, as were comparisons of technical movements in athletes with different skill levels. The findings of the review illustrate that as boxers grow more proficient they adjust their technique further (i.e. increase economy of movement as well as stylistic diversity at individual level). This article recommends and offers guidelines to develop technique with respect to boxers and future research avenues in the domain of technical and tactical training.

Annotation: The article discusses the design of microgrids that use renewable energy sources and energy storage systems as a controlled local power system that operates in both grid-connected and island mode. The goal is to present an integrated approach that combines the choice of architectural design (AC/DC/hybrid), the selection of distributed energy resources (DER) and energy storage systems (ESS), and management requirements (power quality control, energy management system) within the framework of the IEEE 1547 and 2030 standards. Key methods for modeling and optimization, such as multicriteria and stochastic optimization, are described, as well as the main challenges to implementation, such as variability in generation, cyber resilience, and costs. Examples of successful projects demonstrate improvements in reliability, flexibility, and economic efficiency for local power systems.

Annotation: The article discusses the theoretical foundations of multi-user architecture and its practical implementation, using the DraftKings platform as an example. It analyzes three basic tenant isolation models and key patterns for organizing data storage in multi-user systems. It pays special attention to the problem of traffic isolation and financial transactions in conditions of high workload and regulatory restrictions. Annotation: The article discusses environmental sustainability at the well testing stage, which is considered one of the most sensitive processes in the oil and gas industry. Based on an analysis of international standards, guidelines, and industry data, sources and types of impacts are summarized, including flaring and venting, water discharge, chemicals, and waste/spills. Practices for reducing these impacts are evaluated. It is shown that maximum effect can be achieved by combining in-line testing with multiphase flow meters, trapping and compression, integration into existing systems, product reinjection, and zero discharge of water. Highly efficient flare systems are also important, as well as transitioning to methane measurement and reporting (MRV) programs. Limitations are noted, and directions for future development are proposed.
