Annotation: The basic fire safety requirements that must be met in new construction or reconstruction of buildings are considered. The list of regulatory documents regulating fire safety requirements for the construction of industrial, production and public buildings is given, in particular, attention is paid to buildings and institutions of social protection of the population. Examples from expert practice are provided that complicate the work of an expert when inspecting the objects of study and drawing up a conclusion. The inconsistencies that most often occur when performing research to determine compliance with building codes and fire safety regulations are indicated.

Annotation: (Українська) Важливу роль у забезпеченні високого рівня здоров'я, збільшенні тривалості життя і збереженні працездатності людей відіграє харчування. На сучасному етапі виділяють декілька важливих напрямів розвитку технологій харчової продукції. По-перше, всі більше споживачів дотримують здорового способу життя і харчування. Тому особливе значення приділяється напрямам пов’язаним з виробництвом страв, що поліпшують обмін речовин, послаблюють процеси сенсибілізації організму і підвищують його опір до несприятливих факторів довкілля. По-друге, сучасні споживачі хочуть бачити авторські рецептури з використанням локальної сировини, адже локаворство є популярним трендом. При такому підході до харчування відпадає необхідність додавати у продукти консерванти та інші речовини, що подовжують строк придатності і покращують їх зовнішній вигляд. Особливого значення набуває також фермерська продукція. Серед найбільш розвинутих напрямів можна виділити: продаж крафтового хліба, відкриття крафтових пивоварень та унікальні молочні продукти. Найчастіше автентичніть молочних продуктів визначається рецептурними особливостями, сировиною та невеликими виробничими потужностями. Найпопулярніший крафтовий молочний продукт - сир. Особливе значення в харчовому раціоні відведено супам, але на даному етапі розроблення пюреподібних перших страв досліджено не в повній мірі. Фактичний стан харчування населення України характеризується недостатнім споживанням повноцінних білків, поліненасичених жирних кислот, вітамінів, мінеральних речовин, і як наслідок – зниження фізичного розвитку та прогресування аліментарної та аліментарно обумовленої патології. Тому питання впровадження сучасних трендів та забезпечення повноцінним і раціональним харчуванням населення є надзвичайно важливим питання, яке потребує вивчення та дослідження. Мета наукової роботи: теоретичне та експериментальне обґрунтування розроблення технології крем-супів з підвищеним вмістом білкових речовин за рахунок використання локальної молочної сировини.

Annotation: The article analyzes the theoretical approaches of domestic and foreign scientists regarding the content and factors of the foundations of national security of states with non-aligned status. In order to better understand the purpose of our research, it is necessary to first reveal the essence of national security in the doctrine of the legal aspect of this phenomenon. Thus, it will be necessary to give a general concept of national security, to define criteria for classification approaches by types of national security.

Annotation: Relevance. Dysmenorrhea and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) remain among the most common gynecological conditions in women of reproductive age, substantially reducing quality of life and frequently proving resistant to standard pharmacological therapy. In recent years, non-pharmacological methods of correction based on the phases of the menstrual cycle have been actively introduced into clinical practice. Of particular interest to the obstetrician-gynecologist is the concept of cyclically oriented physical rehabilitation proposed by Vasiltsova (2023), which systematizes non-pharmacological interventions in accordance with the hormonal profile of each phase of the cycle. Objective. To determine the clinical indications and contraindications for referring patients with dysmenorrhea and PCOS to cycle-oriented physical rehabilitation, and to substantiate the need for medical supervision of this method from the standpoint of obstetrics and gynecology. Materials and methods. Analysis of the current literature on the non-pharmacological correction of dysmenorrhea and PCOS, together with a detailed clinical analysis of the Cyclical Core Balance concept presented by Vasiltsova (2023) from the standpoint of obstetric and gynecological practice. Results. It is shown that the cyclically oriented rehabilitation protocol, provided that patients are correctly stratified by diagnosis and that mandatory medical supervision is maintained, may serve as an effective adjunct to the standard therapy of dysmenorrhea and of selected PCOS phenotypes. Clinical criteria for patient selection, absolute and relative contraindications, and an algorithm for cooperation between the obstetrician-gynecologist and the physical rehabilitation specialist are defined. Conclusion. Integrating gynecological expertise into cycle-oriented physical rehabilitation protocols appears to be a clinically justified direction for the development of multidisciplinary care for women with dysmenorrhea and PCOS. The concept proposed by Vasiltsova merits further study and may be recommended for inclusion in continuing professional education programs in obstetrics and gynecology.

In a crowded market where product features are often similar, personalization functions not only as a marketing tool but also as a powerful psychological motivator that satisfies consumers' desire for self-expression and self-actualization. The theory of optimal uniqueness is explored in depth, highlighting how individuals strive for a balance between fitting in with a social group while also wanting to stand out. A personalized customer experience can help a brand become a catalyst for a balanced relationship with its customers. On the one hand, customers feel cared for and understood by the brand, which creates emotional attachment and trust. On the other hand, they receive a unique product or service that highlights their exclusivity and special status. The research reveals the cognitive and emotional mechanisms behind this process, such as the "mirror effect" of self-image, where customers project their ideal self onto the personalized brand. It also reduces cognitive dissonance by giving customers a sense of control over their purchase experience. It has been shown that deep personalization, beyond simply using a customer's name, can transform transactional relationships into stable psychological bonds. This makes customers less sensitive to competition and more likely to advocate for the brand.

Annotation: The article examines the influence of different types of lighting on the perception of makeup in photography and video, with an emphasis on changing the color rendering, skin texture, and visual volume of the face. The study also incorporates a photographic approach based on professional visual content production, where lighting is a key factor shaping perception. The features of natural and artificial light, including warm and cold sources, directional and diffused light, as well as the effect of lighting intensity on makeup detail, are analyzed. The research applies the EFM (Emotional Framed Method), developed by Iuliia Tarasenko, which is based on controlling visual perception through lighting, framing, and emotional impact in the photographic process. It is shown that the choice of lighting directly affects the perception of shades of cosmetics, the degree of contouring, and the overall impression of the image. Special attention is paid to the differences between the perception of makeup in a static image and in the dynamics of a video, where lighting can change and create additional visual effects. The paper also discusses practical recommendations for adapting makeup to different shooting conditions to achieve the most natural and aesthetic result.

It is determined that in the short term, COVID-19 had the most significant impact on the dynamics of world GDP, world exports of goods and services, and foreign direct investment A statistical analysis of the negative consequences is carried out and the destructive impact on the activities of global companies integrated into international value chains is revealed. The social consequences of the restrictions on labor activity during quarantine are determined. It is determined that the factor of globalization and interdependence has great importance for the development of economies of individual states, as well as entire regions and continents.
