Annotation: The article examines the presentation of the views of Yuriy Boyko-Blokhyn on the peculiarities of conceptual approaches to the history of literature and the literary and critical methodology of Mykola Hlobenko. The main literary concepts identified by Y. Boyko-Blokhyn in the literary and critical studies of this scientist are also outlined. The study of ideological parameters and creative ideas of a certain writer is an important component of scientific research. This makes it possible to create a three-dimensional and objective picture of the work of an artist or a certain era. As Yuriy Boyko-Blokhyn shows in his research, Mykola Hlobenko was a unique figure in the history of Ukrainian émigré literary studies and literary criticism, who was characterized by such scientific and research approaches in the study of Ukrainian literature.

Annotation: (Українська) Стаття присвячена дослідженню міжнародно-правового механізму протидії корупції, зокрема аналізу сучасних тенденцій їх модернізації. В якості найбільш значимих процесів виділяються: зміни законодавства в напрямку криміналізації окремих видів корупційних діянь; посилення міжнародної співпраці у протидії проявам внутрішньодержавної корупції; посилення транспарентності в діяльності урядів; розвиток універсальних форм і методів державного управління. Виокремлено зусилля міжнародної спільноти щодо посилення відповідальності за вчинення корупції вищими посадовими особами держави (проблема гранд корупції).

Annotation: (Українська) У статті розглянуто проблему забезпечення якості фіксації слідової інформації на місці дорожньо-транспортної події. Наведено спосіб підвищення якості фотофіксації такої інформації безпосередньо на місці події, а також спосіб відтворення інформації з місця події за допомогою сучасних технологій під час експертного дослідження.

Annotation: Music has always claimed a special role in society. Music and medical centers treated people for melancholy, nervous disorders, diseases of the cardiovascular system. Music is a special form of culture that has its own meaning, a set of images, mechanisms of influence on a person and society. In our article, we will consider why, affecting all the structural and semantic foundations of society and personality, music has a specific effect on the psychophysiological state of a person. Because of this, music acts as a biological and an anthropological constant, which transforms it into a sense-forming element of the ecological existence of the individual.

Annotation: Using the example of Lesya Ukrainka's dramatic poem "Kaminnyi рospodar" by Yuriy Boyko-Blokhyn, the work demonstrates how the study of the ideological contexts of the work of one or another author allows art to reveal the influence of political realities. It has been declared how Lesya Ukrainka's drama becomes an interesting example of a peculiar artistic and political symbiosis. At the same time, it is shown how such studies of the literary text provide an opportunity to see the contextual manifestations of the creativity of the literary researcher himself, to sharpen the priorities of his scientific search.

Annotation: The article describes the importance of developing journalism solutions as a new approach to submitting journalistic material; its attributes and characteristics. Was researched ontological and epistemological aspects of the phenomenon of "Solution journalism" within the concepts of "constructive journalism" and "social journalism".

Annotation: This article is devoted to studying the concept «fixed assets» in relation to the enterprise, their content and features of use. The article deals with the issues of wear and tear of fixed assets of the enterprise, increasing the efficiency of their use. In addition, the author points out that the problem of the effectiveness of the formation together with the use of fixed assets of the enterprise should become one of the key tasks for any enterprise.

Annotation: (Українська) У публікації комплексно досліджуються статусні принципи правового статусу суддів. Аналізуються основні акти національного законодавства, у яких закріплені статусні принципи правового статусу суддів. Судова система являє собою один з ключових державних інститутів, що контролює належне виконання своїх повноважень іншими ланками державного механізму, здійснює охорону конституційного ладу й забезпечує правопорядок у країні, а також припиняє порушення прав громадян, відновлює їх і вживає заходів до попередження таких порушень. Принцип єдності статусу суддів є загально правовим статусним принципом правового статусу суддів, оскільки в Законі України «Про судоустрій і статус суддів» закріплено, що судді в Україні мають єдиний статус незалежно від місця суду в системі судоустрою чи адміністративної посади, яку суддя обіймає в суді.
