Annotation: The analysis of inter-factor interactions by multifactor dimension reducing was used for the improvement of the information system for the classification of ischemic heart disease patients with diabetes. This method permits to evaluate the suppressing and enhancing interaction of risk factors in order for identification of the probability of complications occurrence in this group of patients in the early postoperative period.

Annotation: In the pavement construction, the base layers have the greatest thickness. Therefore, their construction is associated with a large consumption of building materials. At the same time, the base layers operate under more favorable conditions when compared with coatings, which makes it possible to widely use local materials and industrial wastes for their construction. The feasibility of using them is justified by technical and economic calculations, taking into account the possible decrease in the service life of pavement as a result of the refusal to use standard imported materials.
