Annotation: A concept and maintenance of investment activity of enterprise is certain. Description of principles and directions investment activity is carried out. Basic indexes which characterize efficiency of investment activity are analysed. Separate sourcings investment activity of enterprise are described taking into account the features of influence of modern terms of menage in Ukraine.
