Annotation: The article analyzes the issues of proceedings in the jury trial in Ukraine. A general description of the jury trial is given and an overview of the legal acts, which is carried out by the legal regulation of its activities, is provided. In the second section of the work, the specifics of the proceedings in the jury trial are determined.
