Annotation: This article is devoted to the coverage of the current issue of legal protection of agricultural enterprises from raiding. The paper describes modern approaches to defining the term "raider", describes the specifics of the procedure of raider hunts of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine, and proposes ways to solve the problem set forth in the article.
