Annotation: The article is devoted to the study of the problems of alienation of a farm as an integral property complex. The shortcomings of the legal regulation of the alienation of a farmer are highlighted. The necessity of improvement of the land legislation is substantiated and the corresponding proposals are formulated by the author.
