Annotation: The subject of the research is the problem of competitiveness of higher education institutions. Представляємо модель, в якій особистість та цінності впливають на мотивацію через мотиваційні процеси змісту цілі та прагнення до цілі.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті проаналізовані структурні причини виникнення нещасних випадків і статистичні дані за основними показниками виробничого травматизму на підприємствах України й країн ЄС. На основі аналізу законодавчої бази України з охорони праці виявлені проблеми, що стосуються внесення комплексних змін до нормативно-правових документів та їх якості, що напряму впливають на безпеку людини в умовах виробництва. Запропоновані пріоритетні шляхи правового та організаційного характеру з підвищення рівня охорони праці й промислової безпеки в Україні.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the structuring of the financial policy of the corporation. The essence of the financial policy of the corporation, its purpose, tasks and types are considered in the work. Criteria for determining its effectiveness are identified and strategic and tactical aspects are presented. The conducted research and comprehensive analysis of the financial policy of corporations allowed to determine the need for comprehensive and competent development of financial policy based on the analysis of the external and internal environment of the corporation, the interaction of all its levels.
