Annotation: The article is devoted to the criminalization of socially dangerous acts related to production and dissemination of Communist and Nazi symbols, propaganda of Communism and Nazism regime. The general criminal-law characteristic of crime is given in accordance with changes of criminal legislation.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті визначено підстави відмови у екстрадиції та проаналізовано їх законодавче закріплення на національному та міжнародному рівнях. Запропоновано доктринальний підхід до класифікації підстав відмови у видачі особи та наведено його співвідношення з нормами міжнародних конвенцій. У статті наголошено на проблемі захисту прав і основоположних свобод людини та громадянина при проведенні процедури екстрадиції. Також названо застосовуваний у ЄС метод вирішення зазначеного питання, та проаналізовано доцільність імплементації його до національного законодавства з метою пришвидшення прийняття рішення про екстрадицію, або відмову у видачі.

Annotation: (Українська) Мета – позиціонування рекламного веб-сайту як об’єкта проектування в дизайні; методика – оцінки функціональних, художніх, естетичних вимог, яким має відповідати рекламний веб-сайт як об’єкт дизайну в контексті «білого простору»; результати – в ході дослідження було встановлено важливість білого простору у проектуванні рекламних веб-сайтів, його основні переваги та принципи, значимість застосування його з точки зору читабельності та зручності сприйняття інформації, а також наведено приклади використання даного принципу відомими компаніями; наукова новизна – систематизовано процес створення рекламних веб-сайтів як сукупності інформації, технології та образної мови; практична значимість – полягає у можливості використання наукових пошуків для оцінки проектних вимог, яким має відповідати рекламний веб-сайт як об’єкт дизайну; у професійній практиці науковців з цього напряму; у професійній практичній діяльності дизайнерів, котрі проектують веб-сайти.
