Annotation: (Українська) Допит є важливою і найчастіше практикованою слідчою дією, що виступає однією з форм отримання доказової інформації, процесуальним засобом формування і перевірки доказів. В сучасному світі не існує градації за віком у сфері вчинення злочинів, тому існують випадки, коли свідком чи навіть потерпілим у кримінальному правопорушенні є малолітня або неповнолітня особа. Криміналісти наголошують, що однією з основних особливостей при підготовці і проведенні допиту таких осіб є отримання консультативною допомоги або залучення до такої процесуальної дії спеціаліста, а саме психолога.

Annotation: (Русский) Дано понятие о крановых колес, и их виды и технология изготовления крановых колес из стали 65Г. Показана механическая обработка крановых колес на токарном станке. Проведено термическая обработка крановых колес для повышения механических свойств, т.е. твердости. С помощью эффективной термической обработки получить необходимые свойства и структур крановых колес, чтобы привести к увеличению срока службы при эксплуатации крановых колес.

Annotation: According to the Constitution of Ukraine, land is a major national asset. Agricultural lands are of particular importance, unlike other categories provided for by current Ukrainian legislation. Ukraine is recognized as an agrarian state, our chernozems are the most fertile in the whole world. Undoubtedly, the importance of agricultural land requires the establishment of a special regime for their use. Therefore, agricultural land zoning and zoning play an important role in land planning and land use. There are many approaches to studying this question. Land zoning and zoning is under-researched and studied in our country, but at the same time it is quite important.

Annotation: (Українська) Стаття присвячена вивченню зарубіжного досвіду правового регулювання процедури «habeas corpus act» та її функціонування. Особлива увага зосереджується щодо висвітлення даної процедури в українському законодавстві. Аналізуються положення закону «Habeas Corpus Act», інституту amparo de libertad, практика Європейського Суду з прав людини та нормативно-правові акти вітчизняного законодавства.

Annotation: (Українська) У роботі було досліджено методи оптимізації, які використовуються при компіляції програмного коду, були досліджені методи вибору оптимальних параметрів компіляції, було виявлено їх переваги, недоліки та шляхи оптимізації.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті розкриваються особливості європейської кризи біженства та її вплив на міграційну політику Німеччини. Наводяться також різні точки зору щодо позиції Ангели Меркель у міграційному питанні. Розглядається активна антимігрантська діяльність партії «Альтернатива для Німеччини» та руху «Pegida». Іншим викликом, з яким довелося зустрітися майже всім країнам світу, зокрема й Німеччині, є коронавірус. Саме тому, у статті наводяться стримувальні заходи, проведені ФРН, та результати цих дій.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті розкривається одна із засад кримінального провадження, така як верховенство права. Визначено, що у науці існує дві групи концепцій визначення верховенства права. Також зазначено, як застосовується даний принцип у кримінальному провадженні.

Annotation: This paper is concerned with the comparative analysis of the main functions of the Prosecutor’s Office in several CIS countries and in the countries of the European Union. Some issues, connected with the problems of securing certain functions with the Prosecutor’s Office in the Ukrainian legislation, have been highlighted. The conclusions contain suggestions on how the problems of imperfect definition of the Prosecutor’s Office’s functions could be solved under current legislation.

Annotation: Shareholders` agreement, being a relatively new instrument of corporate regulation, has acquired a wide acknowledgement among members of European Union since the middle of 20th century. The flexible nature of shareholders` agreement, in comparison to constitutional documents of the company, enables to introduce corrections to the business doing and being of the company not demanding any notice to or approval from the authoritative bodies and without the need to bear additional costs, what is unavoidable in case of legislative requirement of articles` of association changes notarization. Besides, confidential nature of this agreement allows the parties not to disclose commercial plans and the fact of coordinated actions present in a company. The convenience of a shareholder`s agreement use lies also in the possibility to decide on the future actions of the shareholders, taking into account various mechanisms to solve deadlocks and establishing a type and amount of liability for a party, which would breach established by shareholder`s agreement contractual obligations. In this article the author analyses the form and subject matter requirements to a shareholder`s agreement, sources of its regulation, as well as the relation between the articles of association and shareholder`s agreement itself, through the regulation experience of Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Belgium and France, in order to familiarize the audience with the best practices of this corporate instrument usage and to effectively incorporate foreign experience to Ukrainian reality.

Annotation: The paper studies the scientific research by Nikola Tesla in Wardenclyffe in 1900-1917. The author considers the scientist’s patented inventions, discloses the principles of the Wardenclyffe Tower, and the role of N. Tesla in the study of electricity.
