Annotation: Based on current research on financial mechanisms, this article analyzes and compares different studies on financial mechanisms in the East and the West and compares methods for measuring the effectiveness of financial mechanisms. Based on the results of the comparison, differences are drawn and suggestions are made for financial research in both East and West.

Annotation: The authors consider financial policy to be part of the social and economic development of the State. The article also notes that the essence of financial policy is the use of affordable financial and legal regulatory mechanisms, economic measures to meet public needs, and balanced, long-term development of the national economy. The paper notes that financial policy is tactical, that is, aimed at the current tasks. The authors note that strategic financial policy planning is now largely neglected by the regulator. The article emphasizes the importance of the customs and tax components of the State’s financial policy, and considers ways of developing and the current state of the law in these areas. The authors draw attention to the fact that Ukraine’s financial policy now depends on the subjective interests of different social groups, ignoring the very objective nature of finance as a social and economic phenomenon. The work states that financial policy is the exclusive sphere of regulation of the State and that its production should be ensured through the exercise of the State’s own functions through the competent competent authorities. The authors also draw attention to the importance of planning in building an effective financial policy model. The article stresses the importance of fiscal policy as a component of financial policy. At the same time, budgetary policies should be based on real economic indicators, take into account the future plans for the development of the State’s financial system and take into account the interests of the regions. In general, attention is paid to the problems of developing fiscal and fiscal policies in the current context of economic and political instability. The main thrusts of State policy to improve the financial system were analysed. Measures to transform the financial system have been proposed. Considered prospects for the development of current fiscal, fiscal and monetary policy.

Annotation: The article examines topical problematic issues that arise in the process of appointing and conducting forensic computer-technical expertise, discloses the problems of the current criminal procedural legislation and outlines some of the organizational and technical problems that arise during the examination.

Annotation: VOSviewer tools were used for bibliometric analysis on the use of English in the medical field, which made it possible to identify 5 clusters of keywords and identify areas of research in this area.

Annotation: (Українська) Стаття присвячена проблемі гармонізації професії бухгалтера й штучного інтелекту в умовах стрімкого руху життя, інтенсивних змін в технологіях. Доведено, що епоха всебічного єднання людства в єдиному просторі інформації та комунікацій, перетворення всієї планети на єдиний економічний ринок зумовлює необхідність трансформації професії бухгалтера. Схарактеризовано чинники, які унеможливлюють утрату вагомості цієї професії в майбутньому та зумовлюють необхідність її трансформації від впливом процесів діджиталізації. Бухгалтер в економіці майбутнього – це аналітик, здатний оцінити вплив на добробут своєї компанії всього комплексу чинників, що формуються складною соціально-економічною дійсністю. Визначено, що штучний інтелект - це алгоритм в умілих руках професіоналів, керований незамінний помічник усього людства. Обґрунтовано, що зникнення професії бухгалтер є неможливим, а розвиток інформаційних технологій є лише необхідністю вирішувати завдання, які стоять перед бухгалтерським обліком.

Annotation: The article analyzes the diversity of views on the economic essence of the category of «financial resources». The features of financial resources are disclosed, which make it possible to determine the economic entity as an object of management.

Annotation: Intensification of mortgage lending is a priority task for the recovery of both the credit market and the economy of Ukraine as a whole. The article presents the results of a study of the current state of the domestic mortgage market. One of the main obstacles to mortgage development is the high cost of credit resources along with low incomes of the majority of the population. Bank mortgage lending is currently in a state where mortgage lending is virtually unavailable to the majority of the population. The analysis of bank real estate lending programs showed that the longest term of lending to bank lending programs is 20 years, and the largest amount of credit funds - UAH 2 million, the first installment ranges from 20-50%, commissions of 1% are required and Homeowners insurance does not offer special lending programs for young people. Consideration of government mortgage support programs shows that they are functioning, but are able to meet the demand of only a small number of families who meet the requirements of the program and have an urgent need for housing.

Annotation: (Українська) Стаття присвячена висвітленню деяких проблемних питань та основних положень призначення та проведення судової експертизи у сфері інтелектуальної власності. При судовому розгляді справ, пов’язаних із захистом прав інтелектуальної власності, виникає необхідність установлення фактичних даних, що пов’язані із предметом доказування й потребують використання спеціальних знань. Так як об’єкти інтелектуальної власності належать до різноманітних галузей науки, техніки та ремесла, - ефективний розгляд таких справ стає можливим при залученні фахівців, які володіють спеціальними знаннями в певній галузі, для повного та всебічного дослідження предмета експертизи й надання експертного висновку.

Annotation: (Русский) Статья посвящена феномену стремительного подьёма индустрии приложений с применением технологии дополненной реальности на примере компании PlugXR, а также стремительного взлёта IT компаний родом из Индии на рынке США. Мы попытались разобрать на данном примере отличие подходов компаний из разных стран (Россия и Индия) к нахождению своего места на мировом IT рынке.
