Annotation: Due to the distinction between the concepts of "derivative financial instruments" and "derivative securities", the place and main problems of the domestic legislation are determined. The prospects for ways to improve and supplement the Law of Ukraine "On Derivative Financial Instruments" for harmonization and unification of the methodology of derivatives accounting are developed.

Annotation: The methodological base of the accounting of production costs of domestic enterprises have been investigated; the content of production costs and the conditions for their determination in the accounting system have been indicated; the structure and characteristics of production costs have been presented; representation of total production costs in the accounting system; outlined methods of cost accounting and calculation of cost of production, their advantages and disadvantages, in particular their formation in accordance with the Tax Code; the models of accounting of production costs that correspond to modern conditions of management accounting have been given.

Annotation: In this paper, a generalization of approaches to the definition of the essence of the concept of "internal marketing" and the definition of its place in the marketing system of the enterprise. The concept of internal marketing is considered. Comparison is conducted in analogy to traditional marketing and the model of the marketing concept of Mkrtarty "4P". We consider the advantages of internal marketing for the enterprise and its concept, which is formed and constantly evolving in accordance with economic theories.
