Annotation: The article deals with ergonomic aspects of the relation "machine - man" in the training of future pilots of military aviation. It is determined that the simulator is only a component of the educational, and more specifically, the simulation medium (model). Characterized constructive imitation environment. A number of projects on competence training of aviation specialists from well-known military institutions: FAA, CASA, EASA and ICAO have been analyzed and compared. The term ergonomic competence was introduced. An important condition for obtaining ergonomic competencies is determined. the article substantiates the importance of acquiring so-called ergonomic competencies, which rely on the range of skills from automated manipulative movements - to the development of an individual. For further methodological development, it is necessary to introduce a kinetic-ergonomic qualifying range of competencies: "macro-, micro- and meso-competency".

Annotation: (Українська) В статті експериментальним шляхом визначено необхідні коефіцієнти гідравлічного опору оригінальної конструкції сушильної камери із вихровими потоками теплоносія, яка має зону диспергування тонкодисперсного матеріалу та зону досушування частинок до високої кінцевої сухості. Також показано поля розподілу швидкостей і тисків теплоносія, що важливо для моделювання тепломасообмінних процесів між двома фазами системи, а також транспортування підсушеного дисперсного продукту із зони диспергування і направлення його у зону досушування.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті проаналізовано теоретичні та практичні аспекти формування ресурсів комерційних банків, розглянуто сучасні підходи до управління кредитним ризиком. Для визначення стратегії управління ризиками банку розроблено економетричну модель взаємозв’язку кредитування фізичних осіб та основних економічних і соціальних показників: індекс реальної середньомісячної заробітної плати, індекс номінальної заробітної плати, індекс споживчих цін, валовий внутрішній продукт, доходи та витрати населення, роздрібний товарообмін, середньомісячна номінальна заробітна плата. Визначено, що очікується подальший спад ризику споживчих кредитів, і простежується стабілізація в середньостроковій перспективі.

Annotation: Аt the local market, when developing a marketing strategy for promoting mass consumer goods, preference is given to classical means of promotion (ATL-communications) that provide a guaranteed but stable result. With the use of integrated marketing communications (hereinafter – IMC), the efficiency of communication is much higher due to the synergy of the tools used, which is proved by the experience of the foreign market, but not adapted to the Ukrainian one. This paper substantiates the feasibility and benefits of using integrated marketing communications in comparison with classical channels, examines the scientific basis and proposes a strategy for the application of IMC for mass consumption goods.
