Annotation: The functioning of the banking system is impossible without affecting various risks. Proper valuation, management, and timely warning of these risks enable you to avoid or significantly reduce the inevitable losses incurred in banking. Any financial risk is the uncertainty associated with unanticipated changes in volumes, profitability, cost and structure of assets and liabilities. For a bank it is a result of unexpected changes in interest rates, deposit flows, solvency of borrowers, exchange rates, and the like. That is, financial risks are the main risks in banking.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the study and comparison of the procedure for registration of a trademark in Ukraine and the countries of the European Union. The trademark is considered as a Unique Object of Personification of Business Activity and as a powerful tool at the National and International Levels, which allows the employment company to have a monopoly position on Sites All due to the rightly chosen strategy of protection and protection Exclusive rights to such an object of intellectual property. The mechanism for obtaining trademark protection in the countries of the European Union such as: Great Britain, Italy, Spain, Germany and France is considered. Special aspects of the trademark registration procedure are set out in each of the above-mentioned countries. The necessity of adaptation of the existing norms of Ukrainian legislation to European standards in connection with the ratification of the Association Agreement with the European Union was emphasized.

Annotation: The article analyzes the assessment of financial stability of the banking system of Ukraine, according to the methodology of the NBU. And the rating of financial stability of banks of Ukraine is considered.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті проведено порівняльний аналіз страхового ринку України та окремих країн Європейського Союзу, визначено структуру та проаналізовано основні показники страхових ринків Великобританії, Франції, Німеччини та України. Проведено аналіз функціонування вітчизняного та зарубіжних ринків страхування, а саме Великобританії, Німеччини, Франції за такими основними показниками як: чисельність страховиків; обсягів валових страхових премій та валових страхових виплат; рівнів валових страхових виплат; рівнів проникнення страхування у країні. Виявлено основні тенденції розвитку цих ринків. Виявлено, що розвиток страхового ринку в Україні протягом 2013-2017 рр. характеризувався такими негативними явищами, як: низька довіра громадськості до страхових компаній; низький рівень платоспроможності споживачів страхових послуг; низький рівень розвитку інфраструктури страхового ринку; низька ринкова капіталізація та низька якість активів; непопулярність страхування життя серед населення України; відсутність механізму гарантування страхових виплат за довгостроковим страхуванням життя; фінансово-економічна та соціально-політична нестабільність у країні. З’ясовано можливі напрями вдосконалення вітчизняного страхового ринку на основі зарубіжного досвіду. За результатами проведеного аналізу з’ясовано, що страховий ринок України, у порівнянні з провідними країнами світу, є недостатньо розвинутим, це показує рівень проникнення страхування та рівень валових страхових виплат.

Annotation: The article is devoted to research on theoretical fundamentals of understanding of corporate social responsibility hotel business, progress and problems of its expansion, as well as scientific justification of higherpriority lines of its development in Ukraine based on this research. The components of the social responsibility of the hotel business are presented. The attention was paid to the corporate responsibility of the hotel business. The question of social responsibility of the hotel business in Ukraine is debatable, therefore the study of the use of foreign experience is quite relevant.

Annotation: This article is devoted to the peculiarities of the agrarian policy of Israel. The peculiarities of influencing the production of agricultural products by the state through the establishment of quotas, subsidies, subsidies, determination of priority directions of development and management of agriculture are analyzed. The article outlines the consequences, prerequisites and feasibility of such an impact on the country's agricultural sector. Analyzed statistical data on the volume of state support for agriculture in Israel. The paper identifies which sectors of agriculture are supported more actively by the state and by means of which such support is provided. It is noted that the state encourages the population to run agriculture and tries to support agriculture, so that it has the opportunity not only to exist at a certain level but also to improve its performance. The authors state how the historical, climatic, social, and geographical factors influence the development of agriculture in the country. The importance of technological innovations in the agrarian sector of the country and methods of introduction of new technologies are determined. Also, historical aspects of the origin and development of cooperative forms of agricultural entrepreneurship are investigated: kibbutz and moshavs. Prerequisites for their emergence, problems of development and significance for Israel. The features of agricultural management in cooperative enterprises are considered, their types and differences between them. The paper indicates how effective the cooperative form of economy and the prospects for its use in the future. According to the authors, the study of Israel's experience in agricultural development is important for other countries in the world due to the global food crisis, environmental problems, population growth and the lack of resources that Israel has been addressing for over 100 years.

Annotation: The article considers the analysis of the possibility of directly solving the problem of determining the conditional formula of a fuel of variable composition, which does not aim at the development of mathematical methods for solving systems of nonlinear equations with any features. Nevertheless, at least a brief analysis of the possible causes of the difficulties encountered is necessary. The task is to find engineering methods to overcome them in order to obtain the necessary solutions.
