Annotation: The article is devoted to the issue of highlighting innovative technologies in forensics, their significance for society. We raised such issues as the relevance of innovative activity in the modern forensic field, the classification of forensics tools, and prospects for further development. The concepts of innovation, innovative activity, and innovative product were explained.
