Problems of appointment and conduct of forensic medical examination in de-occupied territories of Ukraine

Annotation: The article analyzes legal, methodological and organizational problems that arise during the appointment and conduct of forensic medical examination during martial law. Among the main problems, the insufficient number of experts and the workload of forensic medical bureaus were highlighted.
