Annotation: This article is about the jurisdiction of such law enforcement agency as the Security Service of Ukraine, in particular, about the features and certain gaps in the full use and development of all articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provide for liability for certain criminal offenses, detection and investigation of which falls within the SSU.
