Annotation: It was researched a “class-action” institute that is a way of the protection of broken rights of indefinite persons. It was ascertained that a procedural mechanism of the initiation and resolving such disputes is missed in Ukraine. The ways of the legislative regulation of a “class-action” institute are offered.
