Annotation: The article deals with the problem of improvement of the state information policy, discusses the main achievements of the state in this sphere, in particular the introduction of the concept of "e-government" and the provision of administrative services through a system of electronic online platforms. Possibilities of further improvement of information policy on the example of foreign countries are considered.
