Annotation: The article is devoted to the analysis of the provisions of the legislation of Ukraine regarding the understanding of the content of the procedure of redemption by the majority shareholder of minority shareholder shares in accordance with the mechanism of squeeze out and sell out, determination of stock prices, positive and negative moments and the first results of the implementation of the procedure.
