Annotation: The main problems of lending to small and medium-sized businesses are analyzed, such as: high interest rates, insufficient collateral, complex lending procedures and the impact of the economic crisis, high level of financial instability, unstable cash flow, lack of access to credit resources, low level of capitalization. An analysis of the current state of bank crediting of the Ukrainian economy was made.
