Annotation: The article is aimed at elucidating the foundations and essence of theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation of the motivational policy of enterprises. During the research, the typology was characterized and the concept of "motivation" was characterized. The article also examines methods of formation of motivational policy and key aspects of foreign models.
