Enterprises face unforeseen challenges, such as economic fluctuations, political instability, and the impact of global crises. In such conditions, there is a necessity to develop strategies that enable the optimization of production and efficient placement of manufacturing resources. This article aims to explore and highlight the key aspects of optimization and production placement in an unstable business environment. It considers not only the technical aspects of these issues but also strategic solutions that allow enterprises to adapt and anticipate changes in the economic and social landscape.

Annotation: (Українська) Управління трудовими ресурсами посідає чільне місце в системі управління організації. Кожна компанія повинна розуміти та вміти управляти трудовими ресурсами незалежно від того, є вона комерційною чи державною структурою. Система управління персоналом використовує новітні досягнення науки для забезпечення безупинного удосконалення виробничого досвіду. Для того, щоб працівник цінував те, що він робить, цінував свою роботу та сумлінно виконував її, необхідно, щоб свідомо ставився до своєї праці. Працівник повинен відчувати, що він є членом команди. Він повинен відчувати, що є невід’ємною ланкою компанії, що від його дій залежить результатів роботи всього підприємства та винагорода, яку отримає колектив. Чим краще працює колектив, тим вища буде винагорода. Однією з найбільш перспективних технологій управління персоналом є гейміфікація Саме впровадження гейміфікації допоможе зацікавити співробітників до покращення показників роботи.
