Annotation: The study analyzed the moral rights of natural and legal persons, described the history of their study by Ukrainian scientists, examines the degree visualization in the legislative documents of Ukraine. Namely, we consider relevant and appropriate proposals of scientists to unite the divided legal norms on personal non-property rights of legal entities together with personal non-property rights of individuals into a single system of unification and consistent grouping in the domestic legislation.

Annotation: Approaches to understanding the meaning of the concept of "right to housing", "realization of the right to housing" were analyzed. Doctrinal views on this concept are generalized. It is established that the right to housing is one of the basic natural human rights, which is subject to three levels of consolidation. The notion of the right itself is separated from its realization. It is concluded that the right to housing in the subjective sense is associated with the concept of housing interest and is revealed through its content.

Annotation: (Українська) В даній статті досліджено основні питання закріплення поняття «доброчесності» в системі СБУ. Також висвітлюються проблемні аспекти корупційних проявів у відносинах між посадовими особами безпекового органу. Крім того, зроблено аналіз причинно-наслідкового зв‘язку між корупційними проявами та запровадженими поняттями.
