Annotation: (Українська) У статті досліджено сутність методології Форсайт. Зазначено, що для того, щоб сформувати картину майбутнього інноваційного потенціалу підприємства може використовуватися методологія Форсайт, тобто «передбачення». Розкрито етапи проведення Форсайту, зазначено що є п’ять етапів: формування об’єкта, формування істотних умов, сканування, альтернативи майбутнього, планування та виконання. Розглянуто методи форсайт-досліджень. Розглянуто необхідність розробки «дорожніх карт», а саме «дорожня карта» дозволяє постійно коригувати намічені заходи, маневрувати ресурсами в сучасному наддинамічному та нестабільному ринковому просторі, при посиленні конкуренції та збільшення факторів негативного впливу на діяльність підприємства.

Annotation: (Українська) Комплекс заходів з управління страховими ризиками охоплює широкий спектр завдань, які реалізуються на всіх етапах страхової діяльності: від прийняття ризиків до страхування, його контроль протягом дії договорів страхування до виплати страхового відшкодування в разі настання страхового випадку. У статті розглянуто теоретичні основи економічної природи ризику. Особливу увагу приділено класифікації фінансових ризиків у загальній системі ризиків. Детально розглянуто ринкові ризики як об'єкт управління.

Annotation: The logical construction and clear functioning of the payroll accounting system at enterprises depends to a large extent on the presence of an implemented internal audit. Organizing an internal audit is one of the most effective ways to control the status of payment and payroll accounting. Today, the value of internal audit as a form of control organization is underestimated in Ukraine. The main reason for the underdevelopment of internal audit in many enterprises of our country is the lack of necessary regulatory and methodological support and qualified personnel for the proper organization and conduct of internal audit.

Annotation: The article defines methodological approaches and conducts an analysis of scientific literature on the definition of the concept of bank credit operations. The study of the stages of the organization of the "bank credit operation" was conducted and the classification of the bank's credit operations was given. The credit policy of banking institutions describes the features of banking credit business at the current economic stage and analyzes the current state of credit activity of Ukrainian banks. The problems and prospects for the development of the Ukrainian market of credit services have been identified.
