Annotation: The article defines methodological approaches and conducts an analysis of scientific literature on the definition of the concept of bank credit operations. The study of the stages of the organization of the "bank credit operation" was conducted and the classification of the bank's credit operations was given. The credit policy of banking institutions describes the features of banking credit business at the current economic stage and analyzes the current state of credit activity of Ukrainian banks. The problems and prospects for the development of the Ukrainian market of credit services have been identified.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті були викладені результати дослідження сучасних напрямів та перспектив розвитку HR-менеджменту на українських підприємствах. Відзначається, що сучасні економічні реалії створюють умови, за яких люди є найціннішими активами будь-якого підприємства, причиною є те, що саме від їхнього внеску залежить успіх у досягненні глобальної цілі розвитку. Отже, рівень ефективності управління персоналом прямо впливає на конкурентоспроможність продукції, а також підприємства в цілому. Були розглянуті вихідні положення управління персоналом, а також структура HR-менеджменту підприємства. Зазначається, що HR-менеджмент орієнтується виключно на реалізацію компетенції, а також професійних навичок працівника, досягнення збільшення результативності персоналу і розвитку підприємств. Персонал вже не є виключно кадровим ресурсом, тепер це ключовий фактор успіху та розвитку підприємства. Подібна роль людини у процесі виробництва зумовлює необхідність пошуку й запровадження нових сучасних підходів до процесу управління персоналом. Були зроблені наступні висновки: впровадження HR-менеджменту, створення та реалізація HR-стратегій в межах вітчизняних підприємств дасть змогу значно збільшити продуктивність бізнес-процесів, а також отримати перевагу перед конкурентами, яка стане основою для створення найкращих умов для розвитку.

Annotation: The article describes the essence of "budgetary decentralization", explains the advantages and risks of implementation at the regional level. The peculiarities of decentralization from the point of view of macroeconomic adjustment of socio-economic processes are revealed, the goals of budgetary decentralization and its main tasks aimed at creating conditions for the responsible activity of state authorities are established. The legal regulation, budget policy and its effectiveness at the local level were analyzed. The financial support of local self-government was considered and the expenditure of local budgets has been analyzed. Peculiarities of the formation of local budgets of Ukraine in conditions of decentralization of power were studied, the processes of formation of tax revenues and use of funds of local budgets of Ukraine are described. The role of the budget in the management of local finances is determined.

Annotation: (Українська) Проаналізований стан виробництва зерна в Україні. Досліджено розвиток галузі в динаміці за 2016-2020 роки. Аналіз здійснено в контексті визначення ефективності галузі в цілому та за окремими групами зернових та зернобобових культур. Запропоновано способи підвищення економічної ефективності зерновиробництва.
