Annotation: The paper is concerned with the study of some aspects of legal regulation pertaining to illegal abortion in Ukraine and abroad as well as some problematic issues of criminal-legal protection of life of an unborn child. The legal position of the European Court of Human Rights on this issue has been highlighted. The position of Ukrainian law concerning the priority of a mother’s interests has been defined. The author suggests ideas about the expediency of prohibiting abortion in Ukraine. The prospects for further study of the investigated issue have been defined.

Annotation: The article considers one of the four EU freedoms, namely, freedom of movement in the context of its implementation within the zone of freedom, security, and justice. The author conducts an analysis of the legal framework (treaties and other EU acts) which acts as a basis for the formation of the EU migration policy; and reviews the activities of EU institutions and agencies responsible for its implementation. Analyzing the causes and consequences of the ongoing migration crisis (and its 2015 rise) the author substantiates possible further aggravation of the situation and overall reorientation of migration flows within the European Union.

Основне положення концепції CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - організації отримують, зберігають і шанують довгострокових клієнтів. Концепція CRM ґрунтується не на маркетингу, а на взаєминах з клієнтами. Це бізнес-стратегії, які спрямовані на збільшення обсягу продажів, підвищення рентабельності, доходів і взаємовідносинами з клієнтами. Для досягнення цих цілей, організації використовують широкий спектр інструментів, процедур та зав’язків з клієнтами.

Annotation: This article is devoted to the study of behavior of shallow thin-walled conical shells under action of combined load of uniform normal pressure and concentrated force in case of non-homogeneous stress-strain state (SSS). The type of combined load on the shallow conical shells (that have widespread use as roofs and couvertures of reservoirs) represents conditions of exploitation and consists in simultaneous action of snow load and weight of human who may change its position in space and located on the surface of shell. The behavior of shell has been modelled using software ANSYS 14.5 either during linear static stability calculation (buckling) or geometrically non-linear calculation of deformation of shell.
