Annotation: The article presents a theoretical generalization and proposes a solution to a scientific problem, which consists in improving the methodology, organization of accounting and audit of cash of enterprises, develops practical recommendations aimed at the efficient use of cash.

Annotation: The topical issue of enterprise strategy formulation is built up in the article. It was established, that strategic management is the process of adopting and implementing strategic decisions based on the comparison of the enterprise's own resource potential with opportunities and threats to the external business environment. There is presented the mechanism of strategic management of enterprise resources, as stages of the process of the enterprise development strategy forming. It was noted, that the final moment of strategy selection is evaluation and control of implementation, as well as evaluation of alternative options for concentration on the correct strategy.

Annotation: The main features of agricultural cooperation are investigated in the article. The provisions of national legislation on the institute of cooperation are analyzed. The definition of the concept of cooperation, its comparison with the cooperative is given. The article also applies the provisions of existing international agreements on cooperative movement.

Annotation: This article discusses the use of machine learning methods for classifying texts by the author's gender in the example of short stories written in Russian. The algorithm and process of data preparation were demonstrated, training and testing of the Bayesian classifier were performed to distinguish the gender of the author of the text. The results of determining the gender of the authors are presented and conclusions are drawn about the advantages and disadvantages of the presented approach.

Annotation: In the course of the work, the analysis of existing solutions, methods of creating electronic and live music was performed. On the basis of theoretical studies, the basic concepts used in working with sound material were described. Also, on the basis of the obtained knowledge, the main aspects of sound creation and its further processing were described.

Проведено порівняльний аналіз української моделі конституційної скарги з конституційною скаргою ФРН. Проаналізовано ключові елементи конституційної скарги України та Німеччини, їх відмінності та особливості. Досліджено явище конституційної скарги як правового механізму гарантування та захисту прав людини. Виявлено недоліки та потреби у вдосконаленні чинного законодавства у сфері конституційної юстиції з врахуванням актуальних державотворчих явищ.

Annotation: This study addresses the issue of providing state support to agricultural producers, analyzes the work of scientists on various aspects of this topic, current legislation with a comparison of old and new versions of regulations, as well as using statistics of state subsidies for 2018 and 3 quarters of 2019. The development of this issue has been traced with the understanding of the legislator on the importance of this question by comparing the allocation of budget funds to the agricultural sector of the economy. The feasibility of the state's influence on the regulation of agrarian support was analyzed, the independent indicators implementing the relevant regulation were determined, as well as the interim conclusions on granting autonomy to agrarian producers for the possibility of free choice of activity, partners in cooperation, ways of selling products, etc. The issue was raised about the development of a new mechanism that could normalize the market mechanism of self-regulation of agricultural entrepreneurship. A legislative understanding of the term state support was presented and attention was paid to its types and industries. The purpose of state support and the ways to provide it were identified; questions were raised regarding the “revitalization” and development of the village, as well as the reduction of urbanization processes, taking into account the current state of the economy and the number of problems in Ukraine to date. Statistical information on the financing of the agricultural sector of the economy as a whole and the provision of funds for state support of agrarians in particular were analyzed. The list of program activities for 2019 aimed at the development of the agrarian sector is analyzed and a personal understanding of the purpose of financing the aforementioned sector is given. Issues that were not raised as problematic, but neglected which could lead to global problems and possibly stagnation of the agricultural sector, were emphasized, the development of a new mechanism for allocation and granting of state subsidies was proposed, and the issue of "modernization" of agricultural enterprises with specific lists of equipment was given.

Annotation: The article describes the essence of the concept of "environmental management" and analyzes the legal regulation of environmental management at the enterprise at the international and national levels. The author pays special attention to the study of implementation and development of environmental management at Ukrainian enterprises, which leads to the conclusion that this management system is an important tool for effective influence both on the state of the environment and on the development of enterprises, in particular, on their economic tasks.
