Annotation: (Українська) В статті досліджено питання функціонування конституційної скарги в Україні. Проведено порівняльний аналіз української моделі конституційної скарги з конституційною скаргою ФРН. Проаналізовано ключові елементи конституційної скарги України та Німеччини, їх відмінності та особливості. Досліджено явище конституційної скарги як правового механізму гарантування та захисту прав людини. Виявлено недоліки та потреби у вдосконаленні чинного законодавства у сфері конституційної юстиції з врахуванням актуальних державотворчих явищ.

Annotation: This study addresses the issue of providing state support to agricultural producers, analyzes the work of scientists on various aspects of this topic, current legislation with a comparison of old and new versions of regulations, as well as using statistics of state subsidies for 2018 and 3 quarters of 2019. The development of this issue has been traced with the understanding of the legislator on the importance of this question by comparing the allocation of budget funds to the agricultural sector of the economy. The feasibility of the state's influence on the regulation of agrarian support was analyzed, the independent indicators implementing the relevant regulation were determined, as well as the interim conclusions on granting autonomy to agrarian producers for the possibility of free choice of activity, partners in cooperation, ways of selling products, etc. The issue was raised about the development of a new mechanism that could normalize the market mechanism of self-regulation of agricultural entrepreneurship. A legislative understanding of the term state support was presented and attention was paid to its types and industries. The purpose of state support and the ways to provide it were identified; questions were raised regarding the “revitalization” and development of the village, as well as the reduction of urbanization processes, taking into account the current state of the economy and the number of problems in Ukraine to date. Statistical information on the financing of the agricultural sector of the economy as a whole and the provision of funds for state support of agrarians in particular were analyzed. The list of program activities for 2019 aimed at the development of the agrarian sector is analyzed and a personal understanding of the purpose of financing the aforementioned sector is given. Issues that were not raised as problematic, but neglected which could lead to global problems and possibly stagnation of the agricultural sector, were emphasized, the development of a new mechanism for allocation and granting of state subsidies was proposed, and the issue of "modernization" of agricultural enterprises with specific lists of equipment was given.

Annotation: The article describes the essence of the concept of "environmental management" and analyzes the legal regulation of environmental management at the enterprise at the international and national levels. The author pays special attention to the study of implementation and development of environmental management at Ukrainian enterprises, which leads to the conclusion that this management system is an important tool for effective influence both on the state of the environment and on the development of enterprises, in particular, on their economic tasks.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті розкривається сутність поняття "ресурсна база банку" та пропонується власне визначення даного поняття. Проаналізовано обсяги та динаміка ресурсної бази банків України за період 2013-2018 рр. Визначено найбільші чинники впливу зменшення обсягів ресурсної бази банків у кризовий період 2014-2015 рр.

Annotation: The study analyzes the interaction of version control systems with MS SQL Management Studio. Key factors of interaction are considered. Comparative characteristics of existing version control systems have been made.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті висвітлено головні проблеми та завдання, що стосуються ведення обліку витрат, та запропоновано можливі шляхи їх вирішення та удосконалення. Досліджено значення та суть поняття витрат. Для вирішення проблем обліку витрат запропоновано певне удосконалення нормативної бази та надано пропозиції, що мають найбільше практичне значення для підприємств усіх галузей, щодо удосконалення обліку витрат. Постійне вдосконалення та глибокі економічні перетворення вимагають змін якісної сторони економічних відносин, у тому числі й обліку, тому наголошено, що сьогодні питання обліку витрат є надзвичайно важливим для всіх господарюючих суб’єктів і для держави в цілому, окреслено, що проблеми обліку витрат полягають у серйозних змінах, пов’язаних із розширенням кола облікових об’єктів, наданням гнучкості у використанні існуючих і розробці нових методів обліку, зміною місця бухгалтера в управлінні господарськими процесами. Метою дослідження цієї теми є величина витрат, що являє собою головний резерв підвищення прибутку підприємства. А тому залежно від системи обліку витрати можуть мати як доцільний, так і недоцільний характер. Наголошено, що сучасні вимоги системи управління вимагають єдиного найбільш ефективного підходу до вибору методу обліку витрат. Прибуток підприємства безпосередньо залежить від величини витрат. Зменшення їх шляхом ефективного управління без заниження обсягів реалізації, валових доходів, якості торговельного обслуговування зумовлює можливість збільшення прибутку. Тому правильний облік витрат, своєчасний контроль за їх формуванням, оперативний аналіз мають важливе значення для ефективного управління витратами підприємства, а введення додаткових рахунків обліку загальновиробничих витрат для деталізації їх розподілу на постійні та змінні, а також прийняття чіткої класифікації та розмежування між ними дозволить удосконалити облік витрат на підприємстві. Сучасні вимоги системи управління вимагають єдиного найбільш ефективного підходу до вибору методу обліку витрат. Тому метою дослідження є визначення раціональної величини витрат, що являє собою головний резерв підвищення прибутку підприємства, на що безпосередньо випливає система обліку, залежно від якої витрати можуть мати як доцільний, так і недоцільний характер.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті проаналізовано погляди науковців щодо визначення поняття "страховий ринок" та його основних елементів. Обґрунтовано необхідність функціонування страхового ринку як одного із стратегічних секторів національної економіки. Досліджено структуру страхового ринку, виділено його учасників та проведено їх класифікацію. Проаналізовано статистичні показники форм діяльності суб'єктів страхового ринку. Визначено вплив розвитку інфраструктури страхового ринку на взаємовідносини його суб’єктів. Зазначено про необхідність убезпечення господарюючих суб’єктів від потенційних загроз, створення системи захисту від негативних факторів.

Annotation: The article deals with the concepts of recognition of evidence inadmissible in criminal proceedings, modern dynamics of recognition of evidence inaccessible in criminal proceedings of Ukraine and foreign countries, present foreign concepts of inadmissibility of evidence, analysis and practice of the European Court of Human Rights regarding inadmissibility of evidence in criminal proceedings, given thoughts how improve the institution of inadmissibility of evidence in the national system of criminal procedural evidence.

Annotation: The article deals with the basics of legal regulation of dolphin activities aimed at protecting and conserving biodiversity in the European Union and Ukraine. The analysis of legal norms allows to reveal the basic concepts, goals and principles of dolphinarium activity.

Annotation: In this article, the problems of legal support of realization of citizens‘ right to a safe life and health environment are examined; analyses of environmental rights of citizens stipulated norms of the ecological legislation of Ukraine, substantiated the objective and subjective factors of the implementation of environmental human rights, addressing the causes and barriers of their limitations, unreliable realization and protection from violations.
