Annotation: (Українська) У статті розглянуто поняття «реалізація готової продукції», виділено головні завдання та проблеми обліку, аналізу та реалізації, що дасть змогу покращити діяльність підприємства. Визначено тенденції та перспективи обліку готової продукції. Проаналізовано проблеми обліку готової продукції в Україні. Доведено, що ефективне управління процесами виробництва, обліку та аналізу готової продукції в сучасних умовах можливе за наявності у суб’єктів управління своєчасної, повної, правдивої інформації про фактори, що впливають на її собівартість та майбутні доходи від реалізації готової продукції. В сучасних умовах успішна діяльність кожного підприємства залежить від рівня економічної ефективності виробництва готової продукції. Облік готової продукції, а також її реалізації є важливою проблемою в діяльності сучасних підприємств Україні, тому що завдяки виробництву готової продукції вони отримують та максимізують свій прибуток. Отже, удосконалення організації обліку виробництва готової продукції від її реалізації є основним способом досягнення соціальної та економічної ефективності в діяльності підприємства.

Annotation: The article considers the essence and role of bank payment cards as a modern means of payment. A study of the current state of the market of Ukrainian payment card. The dynamics of the number of payment cards and the types, volume and structure of settlements and payments through using of payment cards during 2015-2020. The analysis of operations and services of JSC "Megabank" in the banking market of payment cards with payment cards. The advantages and disadvantages of using payment cards for non-cash transactions has formed. The main threats of making payments with payment cards has considered. The main ways to improve the functioning and further development of the market of Ukrainian payment card have proposed. Measures to ensure the security of non-cash payments have formed. The main methods of minimizing the risks of payment card fraud have studied.

Annotation: This article examines the specifics and essence of the concept of neobank as the latest financial institution of the generation of state-of-the-art IT, describes the main global trends in their development. A comparative description of the first mobile bank in Ukraine with international non-banks has also made. The activity of JSC "Megabank" in the banking market of Ukraine, the main indicators of the bank and the processes in the field of innovation have analyzed. The new innovative mobile bank on the platform and developed by JSC "Megabank" - todobank is considered and characterized. The main innovations introduced in the bank, including the signing of a memorandum with the Kharkiv City Council on cooperation to develop a single portal of Kharkiv, as well as the full migration of payment cards of JSC "Megabank" to its own processing solution to build its own processing center infrastructure of bank.

Annotation: The article highlights the approaches to the study of the essence of strategic management and the role of strategic management in the higher education system. It was found that strategic management is a management concept that came into use in the late 60's. One of the main functions of strategic management is flexible regulation and timely change in the structure of the organization. Strategic management of higher education institutions is a purposeful process dictated by real market conditions, which allows higher education institutions to be competitive The main tasks of a higher education institution are: meeting the needs of the individual in intellectual, cultural and ethical development through higher and postgraduate professional education; meeting the needs of society and the state in qualified specialists with higher education and scientific and pedagogical staff of higher qualification; organization and carrying out of fundamental and applied scientific researches, other scientific and technical, research and development works, including on problems of education; development of sciences and arts by means of scientific researches and creative activity of scientific and pedagogical workers and students, use of the received results in educational process; training, professional retraining and advanced training of specialists and managers; accumulation, preservation and increase of moral, cultural and scientific values of society; dissemination of knowledge among the population, raising its educational and cultural level. The article considers the main types of management strategy in higher education, including: innovation strategies, marketing strategies, expansion strategies, stabilization strategy, savings strategy, combined strategies. The main stages of work on the strategy of higher education institution management are studied, namely: preparatory, strategy development stage, strategy implementation stage, stage of obtaining results and their use.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті розкрито походження та сутність поняття «управлінський облік» та «контролінг». Обґрунтовано роль та важливість впровадження управлінського обліку задля злагодженої роботи підприємства в порівнянні з бухгалтерським обліком. Розглянуто цілі, об’єкти, функції, управлінського обліку та контролінгу й умови їх започаткування в системи управління на підприємстві. Відображено відмінності між управлінським обліком та контролінгом. Також розглянуто призначення служби контролінгу та їх важливість в системі управління. Метою дослідження цієї теми є виявлення ключових аспектів потреби у розвитку практики використання управлінського обліку та контролінгу на вітчизняних підприємствах. В складній системі управління, сучасним підприємствам представлено безліч функцій, елементів, інструментів, принципів та взаємозв’язків, які є досить неоднозначними для їх розуміння. Ефективне управління підприємством є не можливим, якщо не виконується умова відображення стану підприємства на сьогодні. Для реальної оцінки поточного стану підприємства, керівник повинен отримувати певну оперативну інформацію від усіх відділів про їх стан, спрацювання та наявні проблеми. На жаль, керівнику досить важко зорієнтуватись у великому обсязі неструктурованої інформації, котра надходить з усіх відділів та, безумовно, є необхідною для прийняття важливих управлінських рішень. В закордонній практиці для підтримки менеджменту на підприємстві досить частим є впровадження служб контролінгу. Однак, в Україні це впровадження не набуло широкого вжитку й майже не використовується в системах управління підприємством. Наразі, такі явища як контролінг та управлінський облік потребують детального вивчення, дослідження та аналізу, з наступними розробками методичних рекомендацій якими зможуть користуватись вітчизняні підприємці задля вдосконалення власної системи управління. Одним, досить актуальним, залишається питання стосовно співвідношення управлінського обліку та контролінгу. Адже, від правильного розуміння термінів залежить їх роль в процесі планування.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті розглянуто необхідність збільшення власного капіталу українських банків. Досліджено і проаналізовано шляхи формування власного капіталу банківських установ в сучасних умовах, наведено переваги і недоліки запропонованих методів капіталізації. Виявлено необхідність і доцільність поєднання декількох інструментів збільшення власного капіталу.

Annotation: The article examines the opportunities and risks of the Association Agreement for Ukrainian business. The peculiarities of application of the economic part of the Association Agreement are analyzed. It was determined that the establishment of the FTA FP between Ukraine and the EU will take place gradually, over 10 years. Work on the creation of the FTA, among other things, will be the abolition of import duties by Ukraine and the EU on most goods imported into each other's markets. It is analyzed that the introduction of rules for determining the origin of goods, which is one of the elements of the application of trade preferences. It was determined that it is important for Ukraine to bring its technical regulations, procedures, sanitary and phytosanitary measures and food safety measures in line with European ones, so that Ukrainian industrial goods, agricultural and food products will not require additional certification in the EU. The parties will establish the most favorable conditions for access to their services markets and Ukraine will introduce EU rules in the field of public procurement, which will gradually open the EU public procurement market for Ukraine. It is determined that the development of international business will be positively affected by the simplification of customs procedures and the prevention of fraud, smuggling and other offenses in the field of cross-border movement of goods.
