Annotation: (Українська) У статті проаналізовано питання законодавчого забезпечення права людини на трансплантацію органів в Україні з правової точки зору та досліджено стан практичного втілення норм права у медичній площині.

Annotation: (Українська) Останнім часом дуже динамічно розвивається практика продажу товарів широкого вжитку, побутової техніки, продуктів харчування, будівельних матеріалів та інших груп в одному місці, тобто в супермаркеті. Все зроблено для зручності споживачів, щоб вони змогли придбати все необхідне у великому приміщенні, а не шукати маленькі точки по всьому місту. Для забезпечення безперебійного функціонування галузі торгівлі важливим є відлагодження, раціоналізація і забезпечення стабільності логістичних процесів. Саме вона забезпечує управління товарними потоками, допомагає організувати постачання швидко та з мінімумом витрат. Завдяки оптимізації транспортування на кожному етапі істотно знижується підсумкова собівартість продукції. Тому робота присвячена аналізу теперішнього стану автоматизації логістичних процесів галузі рітейлу та проектуванню і аналізу показників необхідних для формування замовлень на поставку товару.

Annotation: The article studies and outlines the issues of investment resources and their impact on business development, effective investment activities at the current stage is important for the development of the Ukrainian economy and increase the competitiveness of companies needed for its integration into the European socio-economic space. The urgency of the work lies in the need for modern companies to solve the problem of choosing priority areas of investment based on the definition of investment projects that have sufficient potential and ensure the achievement of strategic development goals. The structure of international investments in the country by sources of financing in 2016-2020 is studied, conclusions are made about the significance of changes and direction that took place during this period, positive and unfavorable changes in the creation of capital investments are characterized. The issue of reducing investments in special (free) economic zones and priority development zones, as well as opportunities and prospects for attracting investment in these zones and territories is considered. Ways and conditions for improving the country's investment climate have been identified, which will increase the inflow of foreign direct investment and financing of total capital investments.

Annotation: According to the current legislation of Ukraine, namely Article 26 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, complicity is the intentional joint participation of several subjects of a crime in the commission of an intentional crime [1]. Based on this definition, Ukrainian doctrine distinguishes both subjective and objective signs of complicity in criminal law. From the objective point of view, the indispensable feature of complicity is the participation in one crime of two or more subjects (individuals) who have reached the age of criminal responsibility and were sane at the time of the crime. This is a quantitative sign of complicity. A qualitative feature of complicity is the commonality of actions of the participants, which is as follows: 1) a criminal offense is the result of the joint efforts of all accomplices; 2) the socially dangerous consequence (in relation to crimes of material composition) is unique and indivisible in relation to all participants and is blamed on each of them regardless of the role he played in the commission of the crime; 3) the causal link between the actions of all participants and the objective side of the crime committed by the perpetrator, the joint result would not be achieved without the actions of all participants. The subjective side of complicity is always characterized by the intentional form of guilt of all participants. The intention of the accomplices must be common and enshrined in reaching an agreement between them. If the conspiracy does not take place, there will be no complicity. Ways to achieve conspiracy in complicity can be any: oral, written, by committing implicit actions, the use of technical means (telephone, Internet), etc. For complicity, the way to reach a conspiracy does not matter, the main role here is played by common intent. Intention in complicity is usually direct, but in some cases complicity with indirect intent is possible. The motives and purpose of the participants may not coincide. They are of no fundamental importance for the presence of complicity. According to Part 1 of Article 27 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the accomplices of the crime are: perpetrator, organizer, instigator and accomplice [1]. Sometimes in practice such a person is singled out as the initiator of a crime. However, the initiator is almost always such an entity as the instigator or organizer of the crime, so the Ukrainian legislator did not resort to identifying the initiator as an independent accomplice to the crime. This article explains the forms of complicity in criminal law in several areas: as the main feature of the crime; as a qualifying feature; as an aggravating sign, focuses on the problems of such areas. Draws attention to the signs of the form of complicity and problematic issues regarding them.

Annotation: Importance of effective procedures of software testing is determined as complexity of a system which is constantly increasing as well as global competitiveness. In a specific case at the level of system integration where thousands of methods could be carried out before the release, we need to spend enough time to have the system tested fully and effectively. Automatization of subsets of manually-made tests is one of the ways to reduce testing efforts. More common is that testing cases have similarity which can be used as secondary using in test sets automatisation. In this article we research the possibility of reducing efforts of the test, ordering test cases before automatisation, considering that we may use secondary automated parts of test cases. In this article, we explore the possibility of reducing test effort by using re-automated parts of test cases. In our analysis, we explore several approaches of prioritization.

Annotation: In this article, we examined in detail the main methods for assessing the financial condition of enterprises and identified the most effective of them that can be applied to assess domestic enterprises. The methods of assessment that we have analyzed include a comprehensive diagnosis of such key indicators of an enterprise as solvency and profitability, which are the key to its successful development. The most effective is factor analysis, which reveals the influence of factors on individual financial results that negatively affect the organization and allows you to understand the cause of the factor. We analyzed the financial condition of the Ukrainian enterprise Antonov and identified its key weaknesses. We found that the financial and economic activities of SE ANTONOV are financed primarily from their own working capital. This company has high indicators of liquidity and financial independence, and the indicators of its financial condition of SE ANTONOV for the study period indicate stable work and correct management decisions. The financial condition of an enterprise is its basis, on which all indicators of its activity depend, because a stable financial condition is the key to its efficiency and effectiveness. Based on the analyzed financial results, we proposed the main ways to improve the financial condition both for the enterprise in question and for all enterprises in the aggregate. On the basis of the implementation of the proposed measures, not only will the potential of the enterprise be preserved, but also its financial stability and stability will be strengthened, the solvency will improve and increase and a normal financial situation will be restored.

Annotation: (Українська) У роботі розглянуто проблему моделювання фінансової безпеки підприємства, здійснено побудову уніфікованого інформаційного сервісу моделювання та прогнозування інтегрального показника фінансової безпеки.

Annotation: (Українська) Будь-яка система, хоч би тривіальна, піддається аналізу даних про сигнали, які вона виробляє. Протягом останніх 50 років приплив нових методів і розширення старих дозволили проаналізувати і до певної міри зрозуміти ряд нових застосувань у різних галузях. Однією з галузей, яка отримує вигоду від цього зростання, є медична сфера, яка розвивалася завдяки розвитку міждисциплінарної співпраці. З точки зору обробки сигналу, проблема походить від складної, а іноді й хаотичної природи сигналів, які ми вимірюємо від тіла, наприклад, від мозку і від серця. У даній роботі представлено можливості використання перетворення Гільберта-Хуанга для виявлення та прогнозування серцевої аритмії.
