Annotation: Insurance is one of the most important areas of financial activity, which protects the interests of both individuals and legal entities in the event of emergencies, thus increasing the stability of life of economic entities. Since the ability to pay for their obligations in the face of changing situations plays a significant role, the purpose of the work was as follows: to systematize the theoretical and methodological foundations of the concept of financial stability of the insurance company and justify clarification of its essence; identify ways to improve the financial soundness of the insurance company. Substantiating the relevance of management decisions to ensure the financial stability of insurance companies for insurers themselves and for individual state institutions, it should be noted the strengthening of state control and regulation of insurance in order to comply with insurance legislation, protect the interests and rights of policyholders, insurers, the state and other subjects of the insurance market. Priority areas for improving the management mechanism of financial stability of the insurance company are presented.

Annotation: (Українська) Досліджено теоретичні та практичні питання формування фінансового стану АТ КБ «Приватбанк» як основи управління банком. Визначено, що науковці фінансовий стан банку розглядають через визначення економічних нормативів НБУ, фінансових показників стійкості, ліквідності, прибутковості та ділової активності. За результатами аналізу фінансового стану АТ КБ «Приватбанк» виявлено, що цей банк є прибутковим, ліквідним, фінансово стійким.

Annotation: (Українська) Технічний прогрес призвів до еволюції в кожному секторі, зробивши процес управління швидким і плавним, обслуговуючи все більше людей по всьому світу. Сектор охорони здоров'я не є винятком. Сфера інформатики охорони здоров'я в поєднанні з даними охорони здоров'я, інформаційними технологіями та бізнесом отримала величезний імпульс. Медична інформаційна система (МІС) є таким технологічним благом для індустрії охорони здоров'я, що допомагає максимально ефективно управляти медичними даними. Впровадження цієї системи надає змогу підвищити якість обслуговування пацієнтів, знизити операційні витрати, зробити адміністративні дані безпомилковими і зробити весь внутрішній процес управління більш організованим.

Annotation: In the article considers the phenomenon of infotainment on Ukrainian television, analyzes the use of this genre by the Ukrainian media market, analyzes Ukrainian TV channels and their content with programs in the infotainment genre, highlights and analyzes the evolution of the genre, classifies programs. The term itself has been studied. Infotainment as a genre is quite new, but now it has entered as a method of displaying information in almost every TV program. Today, Ukrainian television is very rich in infotainment programs. In this article the programs in the infotainment genre were analyzed and named, the history of the origin of the genre was considered.

Annotation: The issue of the state of studying obligations and methods of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations is a topical topic of today. Civil law is developing and improving, containing the main provisions on this issue. Many scholars investigate the main provisions and essence of the doctrine of obligations, namely: the grounds for the occurrence and termination, fulfillment of obligations and ways to ensure the fulfillment of obligations, compensation for damage, etc. The rise of the market economy, or a significant increase in the total number of transactions made by individuals and legal entities, the immediate need to improve the system that regulates their implementation and to increase the protection of the interests of participants in relations, raised this topic at the present stage of ensuring the proper fulfillment of obligations. Therefore, this topic should be investigated and modern legislation should be improved.

Annotation: (Українська) У даній статті розглянуто положення вітчизняного та зарубіжного кримінального законодавства, що стосуються захисту приватного життя людини, а також деякі акти ЄС, зокрема Європейська конвенція з прав людини, стаття 8 якої визначає право на повагу до приватного і сімейного життя, житла і кореспонденції. Визначається кримінально-правова характеристика законодавства окремих країн у сфері охорони недоторканості приватного життя, серед яких: США, Німеччина, Франція, Великобританія, Латвія, Білорусь, Голландія, Швейцарія, Угорщина тощо. Автор приходить до висновку, що у всіх країнах має місце захист недоторканості приватного життя, однак у кожній з цих країн він різниться обсягом охоплюваних захистом прав та різними підходами до його визначення.

В статье приведены критерии развития творческого мышления и его возрастные особенности, педагогические приёмы развития творческого мышления школьников на уроках обществознания, кратко описана методика проектирования и проведения урока обществознания, направленного на развитие творческого мышления школьников.
