Annotation: The article relieves the basic principles of the philosophical and legal concept of Karl Marx. It gives its general characteristics and reviews the main scientific works of the founders of Marxism Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels, and their followers, critics and supporters of the new course - neo-Marxism. The author analyzes the theory of the origin of state and law, the class-materialist theory, the theory of violence. It considers the problem of the formulation of violent theory by its founders and reconsideration by followers and the possibility of applying the philosophical and legal concepts of Karl Marx in accordance with the present realities.

Annotation: The article considers the main methods for predicting the spread of infectious diseases - point evaluation, regression models, Bayesian networks and artificial neural networks. The features of the application, advantages and disadvantages of each of the methods considered are given.

Проаналізовано вплив різних значень порогів та частот перебалансування портфеля на його ефективність. Визначено оптимальну стратегію перебалансування портфеля цінних паперів.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті подана характеристика поняттю “податкове навантаження”, як основного критерію ефективності системи оподаткування в державі. Проаналізовано показники податкового навантаження у різних регіонах світу та зроблено висновки, що провідні країни Євросоюзу та Європи в середньому мають найменшу кількість податкових платежів у світі. Серед окремих країн, найменшу кількість податкових платежів мають Саудівська Аравія, Україна та Південно-Африканська Республіка.

Annotation: This article covers the main issues of retention as one of the ways to ensure the fulfillment of obligations. Since this institute is a novelty of civil law, its theoretical development is insufficient. In addition, there are certain disadvantages in the legislative regulation of maintenance as a form of enforcement of obligations. The article defines the legal nature of the attachment, its normative attachment and the features of this institution in the civil law of Ukraine.

Annotation: The article analyzes the issues of proceedings in the jury trial in Ukraine. A general description of the jury trial is given and an overview of the legal acts, which is carried out by the legal regulation of its activities, is provided. In the second section of the work, the specifics of the proceedings in the jury trial are determined.

Annotation: In this article proposed a new approach to planning in distributed computer systems based on the estimation of the computing node's load on its dynamic parameters and the calculation of the distance from the node to the resource. This approach allows you to increase the efficiency of the scheduler of distributed systems by effectively evaluating the load of resources and taking into account the requirements requirements to the computing node.

Annotation: The article touches upon a problem of information war as special technology of political antagonism. The author analyzes the content of Ukrainian and Russian TV-channels through their influence on mass consciousness. It helps to determine and investigate modern media methods of public opinion’s manipulation. The comparative analysis of Ukrainian and Russian media shows that Donbas conflict generated social resonance not only in Ukraine and Russia, but all over the world. Author’s scientific observations are synthesized in argument that reality on the South East of Ukraine in the context of information war has changed geopolitical and economical situation of the world. The attention is also paid on the fact, that both countries, Ukraine and Russia, show a projection of hostility to each other. Ukrainian media actualizes offensive counter-propaganda with accusation against Russian Federation. In its turn Russian media sphere negotiates defensive and aggressive operation, using direct denials and provocative proclamations.
