Annotation: The article presents the results of Gollman cascade generator estimation with a different number of LFSR cascades, and different degrees of their polynomials, carried out with the use of NIST statistical tests. The received results allow to optimize the generator parameters at the given parameters of the output pseudorandom sequence.

Annotation: The paper considers the concept of «brand» and «trademark». The differences between these concepts in the context of different approaches of scientists and civil legislation of Ukraine are determined. A comparative analysis was conducted regarding the understanding of the category «brand». Classic marketing theories are considered through the lens of modern marketer practitioners. The main differences between the approaches to the definition of the brand concept are highlighted.

Annotation: The development of technology has affected all spheres of human activity. Journalism was also influenced by the latest information technologies, and this is particularly clearly traced in the genre system of journalistic texts. Most journalistic genres have changed or have arisen due to technical progress. In this work, we consider the main classifications of journalistic genres, compare them with modern media production, and analyze the clearly expressed transformation of journalistic texts.

Описано алгоритм запуску реклами в “YouTube”, визначено критерії її ефективності. Проаналізовано показники ефективності двох рекламних кампаній. Сформовано методику порівняння рекламних кампаній за головними індикаторами ефективності.

Annotation: The article is devoted to the problems of remuneration of officials of local governments in Ukraine. Analyzed changes in legislation on the remuneration of these categories of workers in recent years. It is proved that the insufficient level of remuneration of lower categories of posts is the main cause of staff turnover. Using the example of European standards, a parallel was drawn in comparison with the national legislation on this issue and the ratio of the official salary to the total amount of wages is shown. Based on the analysis of existing legal acts, the problems of wage regulation are identified and ways to improve the wage conditions of this category of employees are considered.
