Annotation: The article describes the formation and development of information relations, which are governed by the rules of administrative law in Ukraine. The article also states that the genesis of information legal relations has led to the emergence of new trends in public administration: – informational presence and provision of services to organizations and the public using information and communication technologies, including through websites; Introduction of information and communication technologies in all spheres of public administration, including electronic interaction of the authorities with each other, with organizations, citizens - “e-government” and e-democracy; Public administration transformation, where information and communication technologies are one of the main optimization activities of public sector transformations.

Annotation: An article gives a discription of a concept, value, the contents and legal manifestation drawing up the joint will of spouses relying on experience of the foreign states. The joint will of spouses is a will of two persons whose marriage is officially registered concerning the order the property after their death in favor of the particular person. In the Republic of Kazakhstan exists only the wills made by one person. Therefore applying techniques of the foreign states, on a way of applications and streamlinings of legislations, their features of drawing up, carrying out legal expertize of drawing up the joint will of spouses, the analysis by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the hereditary relations between spouses is kept. Annotation: (Українська) Доведено, що психологічні засоби повинні застосовуватися комплексно, включаючи такі напрями: виявлення індивідуально-психологічних особливостей працівників, які сприяють виникненню конфліктів, потім психокорекційна робота з ними в процесі психологічного тренінгу, спрямованого на розвиток конфліктологічної компетенції і комунікаційних навичок і створення сприятливого психологічного клімату за допомогою регулярної діагностики взаємин в групі і подальшої їх корекції. Комплексне застосування даних психологічних засобів знижує кількість конфліктів у групі, підвищує індекси емоційної експансивності та психологічної взаємності, знижує рівень тривожності у членів групи, зменшує кількість конфліктних діад.

Annotation: In this paper we tried to analyze metrics and rhythmics in poetry of 90s literary generation. We attempt to clarify the relation of classical and non-classical verse on the base of the famous poet’s works of that period, and it is important to emphasize that in such way we appoint the main peculiarities and reasons of the most important formative changes in Ukrainian poetry of the 90s.

Annotation: The article is devoted to study of protection of corporate rights and legally protected interests through a jurisdictional form of protection.
