Annotation: Active development of entrepreneurship currently plays a key role in the modern market economy, contributes to economic success, relatively high growth rates of industrial production. Entrepreneurship is the basis of the innovative, productive nature of the economy. However, the development of small business is inevitably accompanied by a number of problems.
