Annotation: Operative investigations activity occupies an important place in the work of law enforcement agencies. This is the basis for confirming or refuting the facts of the existence of criminal activity. The current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan provides for a list of grounds for conducting operative investigations activity, this article is devoted to the issue of including an additional basis in the designated list of conducting operative investigations activity.
