Annotation: The article analyzes the concept of "waste" in accordance with the current legislation, and also draws attention to the conflict of norms in different regulatory acts which accommodate this concept. The author examines the methodology of safe waste management and explores the possibilities of reducing and preventing waste generation in comparison with the experience of the European Union. In addition, the author highlights the legal problems of Ukraine in waste management, points out that the environmental legislation of Ukraine is still developing, but at the same time, offers its own ways of solving the problems outlined.

Annotation: The article discusses issues of partnership between Ukraine and the European Union in the framework of promoting financial support and enhancing the country's energy security, promoting economic and social development, how sectoral reforms are carried out, how society’s attention is drawn to environmental protection, and what incentives contribute to intercultural dialogue. The analysis of the problem is carried out, namely: whether Ukraine, at this stage of its development, ensures the adoption of basic laws, as well as regulatory and legal acts of secondary legislation aimed at implementing the norms of European law into the Ukrainian legal system in the field of the fuel and energy complex.

Annotation: The article considers the views of foreign and domestic scientists on ecological marketing, its types and perspective ways of development. Ecological marketing is considered from the point of view of promotion of products with ecological characteristics that are made of environmentally friendly materials and raw materials; Promotion of environmental technologies that have less harm to the environment; the promotion of environmental ideas, the creation of an ecologically oriented society and the provision of environmental protection high-priority ideas in society. The main directions of application of ecological marketing by Ukrainian enterprises are investigated. It was revealed that in the main, ecological marketing in Ukraine is represented by the release and promotion of healthy products of different ecological origin of raw materials for their manufacture. The main problems of environmental marketing in Ukraine are insufficient attention to ecological technologies and technologies of economical use of nature, as well as insufficient propaganda of the ecological way of life. The proposals on the promotion of environmental education and knowledge, which will require the revival of state environmental policy, as well as the introduction of economical use of nature in various fields, will require private-government cooperation in this area. The perspective directions of research on ecological marketing in Ukraine are considered, which include the study of the degree of environmental friendliness of various products and technologies and research in the field of green tourism development.
