Annotation: (Українська) Сьогодні аграрний сектор фактично є рушійною силою економіки України. Сільське господарство є основою, фундаментом аграрного сектору економіки. Воно одночасно є виробником як готового продукту, так і виробником (постачальником) сировини для переробної промисловості. Сьогодні в сільському господарстві частка виробленої продукції, що безпосередньо споживається виробничо та індивідуально становить близько 20-30%. Продукція сільського господарства є основою кінцевого продукту АПК. Актуальність здійснюваних досліджень зумовлена роллю аграрного сектора у створенні ВВП та його часткою у зовнішньоторговельному сальдо. За оцінками експертів частка аграрного сектору у ВВП у найближчих періодах досягне рівня 25%. Продукція українського АПК представлена у 190 країнах і Україна входить в ТОП-7 кращих експортерів світу аграрної продукції. Україна є провідним експортером соняшнику та соняшникової олії, пшениці та інших зернових. Досить частою є ситуація, коли Україна вичерпує свої квоти на експорт сільськогосподарської продукції набагато раніше, ніж завершується календарний термін (місяць, квартал, рік), що є чітким показником того, що продукція якісна та користується попитом на європейському та світовому ринку.

Annotation: Labor resources are the main resource of every enterprise; their quality and efficient use significantly affect the performance of the entire entity and its competitiveness. Therefore, the article carries out a theoretical study of the category "labor resources". In addition, the factors of effective creation, use, increase and development of labor resources of the enterprise are identified. On the example of the enterprise JSC "Farmak" the analysis of provision of the company with labor resources is carried out; the dynamics of current accounts payable and wage bill is analyzed. According to the results of the analysis, the ways of increasing the efficiency of the use of labor resources at the researched enterprise are determined.
