Annotation: The article is devoted to coverage of one of the topical theoretical and practical problems within the framework of the functioning of the European Union, as the formation of independent forces of the European Union; consideration of the united European army as a means and necessary element of ensuring the existence of a sovereign Europe; on the basis of domestic and international experience, the analysis of possible positive and negative aspects of the creation of its own autonomous armed forces within the European Union and the feasibility of implementing this idea in general.

У сучасному світі законодавство є основним регулятором суспільного життя, має втілювати найбільш необхідні потреби суспільства та підлаштовуватися під оберти його розвитку. З огляду на це, першочергового значення набуває правова регламентація використання електронних засобів доказування у цивільному процесуальному законодавстві. А саме − визначення порядку подання та дослідження критеріїв достовірності та допустимості е-доказів.

Annotation: The method of linguo statistical analysis of translation of a work is considered. The essence of artistic translation and linguo analysis is determined. The types of translation and the basic requirements for artistic translation are described, that is: accuracy, brevity, clarity, and literature. An important factor is the lexico-semantic transformations of the fictions, which were also discussed in this article. The semantic and communicative methods of translation of works are investigated.

Annotation: This article explores features of legal regulation of women's labor protection in Ukraine. The author analyzed the special norms of women's labor protection, outlined the basic concepts of the characteristics of women's labor, maternity protection, benefits related to her special status. The main problems of legal regulation in the field of labor protection and remuneration of women are also described. The paper analyzes the rights of women to protect their life and health in the course of their work, to healthy and safe working conditions, as well as the right to vacations of various kinds and conditions for their provision.
