Annotation: (Українська) У даній статті досліджено проблему трудової міграції, встановлено причини появи та її наслідки. Охарактеризовано потребу на українському ринку праці в створенні більшої кількості робочих місць та збільшення заробітної плати українців. Виявлено проблеми організації праці на території України на основі вивчення практики інших країн та запропоновано потенційні шляхи їх вирішення.

Annotation: Based on the research of well-known scholars and theorists of law, as well as using world practice, the article describes the concept of "lobbying". The etymological origin of the word "lobbying" is determined. The peculiarities of lobbying in the EU institutions are considered on the example of EU law. In particular, the trends of lobbying in connection with the economic integration of the EU were analyzed. The definition of "lobbying" in accordance with European legislation is also provided. The analysis of lobbying activity is carried out guided by the basic documents on this issue, such as: Lobbying in the EU: current rules and practices and the Green Paper on the European Transparency Initiative. Thus, the Green Paper on the European Transparency Initiative sets out the basic principles of lobbying and lobbying. A separate point should be noted that this act defines the so-called "problem areas", ie those areas and relevant activities that may impair the proper assessment of the needs of civil society and business groups in protecting their rights, including fraud, corruption and media resources to create a stir around a problem or campaign that is not really of concern to EU citizens. Regarding Lobbying in the EU: current rules and practices, the main functions of lobbying were analyzed, as well as the main tools of lobbying, including: information gathering, participation in expert groups, contact with officials and promotion of relevant media campaigns. An analysis of the activities of lobby groups belonging to various areas, including: public interests (trade unions, consumer protection), social sphere (protection of labor rights and trade unions), environmental sphere and "energy" sphere. The genesis of the development of Ukrainian lobbying legislation is analyzed separately, including: the draft law of Ukraine on lobbying, the adoption of which is conditioned by Ukraine's accession to the UN Convention against Corruption, and legislative regulation of lobbying in Ukraine and the European Union. The analysis of the bill "On Lobbying" dated 28.02.20020 The experience of implementation of lobbying legislation in the EU and Ukraine is compared.

Annotation: Questions of interaction between public government bodies and with civil society are actual because their tasks and functions are always sent to providing of the effective, trouble-free functioning of government machinery on the whole in order to guarantee the proper protection of rights, freedoms, legal interests of an individual and a citizen, as for the activity the state is accountable to an individual. Consequently there is a necessity for scientific researches in the field of mutual relations between public authorities, organs of local self-government, their official and post persons. In the conditions of active reformation of the system of local government and the system of the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine a cross-cutting question is a question about effective cooperation between them, as organs and public servants of local government are subjects that the most full of interests of territorial communities, and the system of the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine are the inalienable element of the law-enforcement system of the state. Thus, cooperation of foregoing subjects of public power is important both from the point of view of separate man – member of territorial society and interests of the state. Exposition of basic material is carried out in form of analysing rows of normatively-legal acts, in that there are norms in relation to co-operating of organs and public servants of local self-government with the organs of the system of the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine. Some lacks (inaccuracies) of legislative formulations are, in addition, set and it offers to make alteration to the legislation in this part. All in all, in the article the author made a research on the legal regulation of the interaction between local authorities, its officials and the system of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine, described pros and cons of this legal regulation. Besides, the specificity of the interaction between local authorities and its officials and the system of the Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine was presented in the article. Laws and subsidiary laws, which contains different rules about above-mentioned interaction were systematically analyzed.

Annotation: (Українська) Метою даної статті є порівняння ключових особливостей впровадження концепції Lean Six Sigma та їх важливість в Україні та світі . У статті проаналізовано досвід застосування інструментів Lean та Six Sigma задля підвищення операційної ефективності бізнесу в рамках трансформації діючих бізнес-моделей. Подано визначення концепції Lean Six Sigma та наведено основні інструменти щодо її впровадження. Проаналізовано досвід закордонних та вітчизняних підприємств у впровадженні Lean Six Sigma, розкрито переваги впровадження даної концепції. Визначено основні перешкоди та проблеми впровадження даного підходу на українських промислових підприємствах.

Annotation: (Українська) У статті розглянуто поняття «реалізація готової продукції», виділено головні завдання та проблеми обліку, аналізу та реалізації, що дасть змогу покращити діяльність підприємства. Визначено тенденції та перспективи обліку готової продукції. Проаналізовано проблеми обліку готової продукції в Україні. Доведено, що ефективне управління процесами виробництва, обліку та аналізу готової продукції в сучасних умовах можливе за наявності у суб’єктів управління своєчасної, повної, правдивої інформації про фактори, що впливають на її собівартість та майбутні доходи від реалізації готової продукції. В сучасних умовах успішна діяльність кожного підприємства залежить від рівня економічної ефективності виробництва готової продукції. Облік готової продукції, а також її реалізації є важливою проблемою в діяльності сучасних підприємств Україні, тому що завдяки виробництву готової продукції вони отримують та максимізують свій прибуток. Отже, удосконалення організації обліку виробництва готової продукції від її реалізації є основним способом досягнення соціальної та економічної ефективності в діяльності підприємства.

Annotation: The article considers the essence and role of bank payment cards as a modern means of payment. A study of the current state of the market of Ukrainian payment card. The dynamics of the number of payment cards and the types, volume and structure of settlements and payments through using of payment cards during 2015-2020. The analysis of operations and services of JSC "Megabank" in the banking market of payment cards with payment cards. The advantages and disadvantages of using payment cards for non-cash transactions has formed. The main threats of making payments with payment cards has considered. The main ways to improve the functioning and further development of the market of Ukrainian payment card have proposed. Measures to ensure the security of non-cash payments have formed. The main methods of minimizing the risks of payment card fraud have studied.

Annotation: This article examines the specifics and essence of the concept of neobank as the latest financial institution of the generation of state-of-the-art IT, describes the main global trends in their development. A comparative description of the first mobile bank in Ukraine with international non-banks has also made. The activity of JSC "Megabank" in the banking market of Ukraine, the main indicators of the bank and the processes in the field of innovation have analyzed. The new innovative mobile bank on the platform and developed by JSC "Megabank" - todobank is considered and characterized. The main innovations introduced in the bank, including the signing of a memorandum with the Kharkiv City Council on cooperation to develop a single portal of Kharkiv, as well as the full migration of payment cards of JSC "Megabank" to its own processing solution to build its own processing center infrastructure of bank.
