Annotation: On the basis of a study of the legal regulation of such an institution as a "notice of suspicion" to identify certain issues that require consideration. Suggest ways to improve the rules enshrined in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (CPC of Ukraine)

Annotation: The article is devoted to the problems of resolving disputes with criminal elements in international commercial arbitration, starting with the possibility of such consideration, its limits and the results of arbitration proceedings. The well-known cases of international arbitration tribunals dealing with criminal offenses are analyzed. It is concluded that it is impossible for the arbitration to consider the merits of the case with criminal law elements and the impossibility to oblige to perform the contract, which is based on illegal actions. But this institution can establish the very fact of committing a criminal act, which qualifies as a criminal offense, as well as award compensation / damages.

Annotation: (Українська) Із самого початку існування формату міжнародних організацій одним з їх ключових завдань було медіація та врегулювання конфліктів. На первинних етапах дана функція скоріше виконувалася ad-hoc, але вже в 1990-х роках назріла необхідність формальної інституціалізації даних практик. Результатом такого запиту стало створення “доповіді Брахімі” та “Порядку денного для миру”, які на сьогодні стали ключовими міжнародними документами для інструменталізації участі міжнародних організацій у врегулюванні конфліктів.

Annotation: The article is devoted to topical issues of determining the role of social responsibility in business. The article considers the main signs of social responsibility, its importance in modern business space and the impact on the economic development of the state. The term «social responsibility» has been explored, which means the responsibility of those who make business decisions for those who are directly or indirectly influenced by these decisions. Social responsibility is a concept that attracts companies to take into account the interests of society, taking responsibility for the impact of the company's activities on consumers, employees, citizens and the environment in all aspects of its activities. The essence and features of social responsibility are determined, its importance for the enterprise is substantiated. Internal and external social responsibility are considered, its comparison with legal responsibility is made. Arguments in favor and against social responsibility are given. The key points in the field of social responsibility regulation are the creation of the international standard ISO 26000, as well as the adoption by the Cabinet of Ministers of the concept of state policy implementation, which promotes the development of socially responsible business in the country.

Annotation: The article studies the theoretical background of the formation of marketing tools for managing unstable systems. The marketing objectives are determined depending on the state of demand, and approaches to determining the list of marketing principles are systematized. The marketing principles for various organization conditions are proposed. Marketing strategies by R. Best are systematized and a chain of marketing indicators is proposed that affect the financial result in the management of unstable systems, which presents three interconnected blocks of marketing and financial performance indicators.
